Pooja was amazing ! She was the best tour guide . Collected from hotel by driver which was a great experience in itself. Pooja was waiting for us at meeting point . We definitely learnt a lot and saw things we wouldn't have otherwise without a guide. Well looked after , very friendly and loved the experience .

This tour was well worth it and a great cultural experience. Guides Shohaib and Pooja were terrific and highly professional at what they do- it was a pleasure having them as guides. Although it was a whole day affair from 9.30am-6pm I did not feel the time pass at all. Highly recommend this tour and these guides. Minesh the driver was also a plus point and made the journey between points of interest comfortable.

The tour was amazing and Pooja, our guide, was brilliant! She explained everything very well and was very friendly. She is a great asset to the company and a local therefore has a lot of knowledge of the area. I would highly recommend this tour.

Our tour guide, Ashab, and driver, Hasan, were awesome. They made the experience worth it. We saw so much and learned a lot and go some great pictures and even spices to take home.
That said, the tour started about 2.5 hrs later than planned. Thankfully we had the evening free, but this was not totally ideal.

I'm glad to have booked and attended this tour! My couple and I decided to learn about Dharavi. She is from Mumbai and I was visiting the city, and it was a great opportunity for her to discover the city, and for me to learn about India. We did the tour with another two people from Australia (we were 4 in total).
Varsha (our guide) is a local amazing guide, very knowledgeable and cheerful! She lead us into the commercial and residential area of Dharavi, providing key background and information. Varsha is very welcoming to questions and requests. Her English is perfect!
You can expect from this visit to get into the lifestyle of Dharavi, it's streets, alleys, stories and people.

What an experience! Sahil was incredibly knowledgeable and easygoing, funny tour guide. He adapted the tour and responded to our requests with such ease and gave us an authentic taste of the city. He was so great with our daughters and made the day fun and engaging. Can’t recommend this tour enough!!

We really enjoyed our tour with Ravi and driver Shamsher. Ravi was so knowledgable and answered all of our questions, giving us some real insights to Mumbai. Our afternoon visit to the slums, with guide Pooja, was an eye-opener and certainly changed our perceptions. We also enjoyed our meal with a local family. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get an introduction to what Mumbai has to offer.

We were taken to a small laundry on the 1st day and the biggest one on the second day. We went to a nice, large park from which we saw the 27 story home of the richest man in Mumbai. We walked through the slums for a few hours on day 2, seeing the commercial and the residential areas. We visited a few quality shops (Jewelery, fine clothing and small statues such as elephants) and walked through a market with cheap items. We walked through the Taj Mahal hotel, then up to the restaurants at the top to take pictures of the Gateway to India.

The tour would be compromised if you went in a wheelchair as its very narrow passage ways and over pipes and wires and uneven concrete and rubble.
You could potentially see the outskirts but the actual eye opening part which is beyond comprehension is going to be very difficult.
I am sure you could do a private tour to see some of it but certainly not the "normal tour"

There is no "Hop ON- Hop Off" Bus in Mumbai. The cost of using Magical Mumbai tours and the personalization is best. They provide a car for your group, a driver and a tour guide for you and will be less than the cost of most on-off buses around the world.Email or call them directly for all your questions.

I do not remember, but they will take you to any site if you just request it. The guide and owner are natives of the area and there is enough time in the day to alter the tour to your satisfaction. please give me a helpful vote on the site if I was helpful.
