The Mall has to improve when compare with Mall of mysore. since if we go to a mall we try and end up shopping in only one place but this mall has got nothing to do.

The place is good for everything be it shopping, having food, or watching movies. All in one. Even kids have games to play.

You get casual clothes n good footwear at reasonable rates. Toilets stink. Be careful. Dunno why there’s so much laxity when it comes to hygiene. There’r a few options at the food court. But US pizza was awesome. Free drinking water was touching, in an era of greed to make money selling bottled water.
Special shout out to the DRC cinemas there. Their clean toilets were a life saver, popcorn and nachos were reasonably good. Free drinking water with cups, something I’ve never seen in Europe nor Singapore. Cheers to them. Plus, the candy bar even served us movie snacks at our seats. We enjoyed the film on reclinable and comfortable seats. The theater was clean.
This mall is walking distance from my house and I’ll go back for sure!

This mall was actually mostly empty and the only thing to make it worthwhile is two things
Barbecue Nation where there are superb buffets daily
Movie theatres where you can catch many english movies at a fraction of the price paid in the west.
On the groundfloor are some nice shops and if there is a sale on, its worth it.

Writing this review only on the Food Court they have in the mall. Something different approach they have....one can order any food from the located stores by sitting in a table; which one cannot experience in any metros or busy cities. The food we ordered was of Chinese one (kung-fu), we got veg combo having fried rice, baby corn Manchurian, another gravy Manchurian, salad....all tasted very well. About the mall, not all the shops are occupied, plenty of open spaces. One can visit this place, when nothing is there to do.....or with some shopping in mind or for a movie watch.

Visited BM Habitat Mall to watch a movie at the DRC cinemas. The mall as a whole is really small and poor with few decent shops and a multiplex. There is nothing else much to write about.

Location - 2.5/5
The mall is quite poorly located. It is mostly a residential area and on a small road although it is close to Mysore-Mangalore highway and there are some local city buses passing through that. Overall, the location is nothing great. There is parking facility in the mall.

Shopping options - 2/5
Apart from a few decent stores, there isn't much here. I would recommend you check what stores are open if you plan to visit as usually stores keep opening and closing in various malls. There are just 2 floors of shopping.

Food court - 1/5
The food court is quite horrible and situated on the same floor as the entrance to DRC cinemas. The sitting area is small and often gets crowded due to the people visiting the cinemas. The food choices are also quite poor.

Ambience - 1/5
The mall looks poor from outside and is also pretty ordinary from inside. Also it is so poorly designed that to go to the cinemas you have to take an escalator but there are no escalators coming down from there. You either have to take stairs or the elevators, that too the elevators which are situated towards the right. There are no proper signs as to what is there on each floor including no signage for the cinemas.
Also to add, there was no security at the entrance.

Cinemas - 3/5
DRC cinemas are decent. Do not expect the cinema to be very swanky like the INOX at Mall of Mysore. There is no air conditioning in the waiting lounge. The movie prices and snack prices are regular prices as all over in Mysore. Rs 200 for Hindi movie on a weekend for premium ticket and Rs. 480 for gold class. Auditorium 1 is decent, nice size screen, comfortable reclining seats although the leg space could be more and the picture and sound quality was really good.

Conclusion - 2/5
This is a poor mall, the only reason I am giving a 2 on 5 is because of the cinemas. I will not recommend to visit here unless you are coming to see a movie or to shop at a specific store you want to. The only reason people visit this mall is because of the cinemas.
