Very interesting holy site

Our car took us to the top of the Hill where the temple is situated. There are many ornate gods and is a popular destination for pilgrims. Very impressive.

Nice temple to see but not recommended to watch on sunny day. Too crowded on weekends but you have to pay for entering in it

When we arrived, this temple was under construction. This could happen but nevertheless it is nothing special for an Atheist Tourist like us. An temple like everywhere else in india. Saw a lot of them...

Chamundi Devi is the graama devatey or presiding diety of Mysuru. A must visit on the tourist list, equally popular with locals too. Packed on Tuesdays & Fridays, crowds reach a crescendo during Nav Ratri festival. Located atop a hill, accessible by bus/car. Amenities for visitors can be improved ( toilets, parking, cleanliness etc)

Chamundeshwari Temple is located on beautiful Chamundi Hill. We hired self driven car to enjoy the beauty of the hill and reach the top of it to visit the temple and have the blessing of beautiful goddess. View was ecstatic and same is the end. Well managed parking, shops, shoe stand and que system. Everything was at peace. Nice visit..

This temple is located on a small hill called Chamundi hills in Mysuru. It's a nice sacred place to visit in Mysore. I found the management to be very rude. They were treating TN vehicle and people very differently. I would say if only they change their attitude, it will encourage people of other states to visit this temple.
