Very difficult to find. I suggest just getting onto the university campus and then asking as many people as it takes to get there. The exhibits range in quality and some have no information present, nothing, not even dates. The whole place is very run...More

We spent an hour driving around Mysore to find the museum. The GPS location on the Google Maps is wrong, also that on TripAdvisor. Security staff at the camous have no idea where it is. No roadsigns indicate where it is. A real disappointment not...More

This is a must visit place if you are interested in knowing the culture of the place. The collection here is really nice, though a bit of maintenance is required to keep it in good condition.

It is a a place created with great creativity and knowledge of the rich and age old art form. The details have been given a look at every stage. However, the maintenance is found lacking in many ways.
