I was in awe with Shimla the moment I reached there with my family. Amazing experience. I really thank Indian Studio DMC for arranging the entire trip. Be it hotels or cab.

I have visited here in December’19.The temperature used to remains low during Morning and Night time.In Shimla, you can visit-
1) Indian Insitute of Advance Studies-if u are history lover,
2)Tara devi Temple-which is before entering shimla, breathtaking scenic view, beautiful temple and a peaceful place
3)Hattu Temple, Narkanda-There is so peace at the top, way to top is fun. There was little snow at the time.Do take care for your shoes..as on snow it got slippery
4)Mall Road-Good place to shop,
There is a christ church to visit overthere-It gets close at 5:30PM, so visit accordingly
There is a ridge road.In the evening it looks beautiful. To reach Mall road..you have to go via lift, it will take ₹10/- each.
5) Places to visit nearby-Kufri-To be in kufri u will go bia your car..after reaching a point you have to go further on Ponies. That ride is adventurous for adventure loving ones, otherwise it is a little fearful as the place is full of stones.Place is not clean. For visiting Adventure park go for the original one..people used to thug u by taking u the other place.Place to eat-Apple Garden—The good is really yum.

We usually move our groups from Ridge to Old Bus station by walking through the heritage of Shimla - Ridge, Upper Mall Road, Lower Mall Road, Army Area and the happening market just above the old bus stand.

Shimla Heritage walk offers a vintage walk across the Simla city . Its a walk through the erstwhile British Summer capital where one gets to walk through all the heritage buildings built during the British Raj Which stand intact till date ..

Our guide was Mr Raj Bhasin. He is a resident of Shimla and a very pleasant man. He is an author and has an immense knowledge of his subject. He is a very interesting and articulate man and made our day in Shimla very enjoyable and one we will never forget. I am sure you will be able to contact him via the Internet.
Is it safe To visit shimla in march 25 to 27 this year

I assume that by "safe" you are referring to the snow reference in my comments. The travel books we looked at suggest that, as a mountainous area, the risk of snow is mainly from November to April, but that is statewide rather than just Shimla.
Our experience of the snow was only a problem for twenty four hours. It may be best for you to try and obtain a local weather forecast for the days of your visit to be on the safe side.

I will be visiting Shimla for the first time early next month. May I know how long would it take to complete the Shimla Heritage Walk at an easy-going pace? Secondly, what weather condition can I expect and suitable attire suggestion? Thank you.

Hi SD
I would just say that Shimla is a very nice place. Actually Heritage Walk is a type of Package arranged by tour organizer but what we did is we read the detail for Heritage Walk on net and did some research which included gathering information about places like its Speciality, Distance, Working Hours(timings), things to see, Food to eat etc.
My Personal Experience is also been planned according to the link I am pasting here: awawawahapatadac.naiac.in/sploffer48.htma
We started in morning from our Hotel and walked towards the Scandal Point which is famous for scenary view. then we moved towards the Lower Bazaar following Lakkar Bazaar and then walked the distance of about 3 to 4 km since the weather was bit cloudy so we didnt find any problem in walking that distance.
Had visited Viceregal Lodge and had seen it. Then on return we went to see bird Park just opposite to the entry Mail Gate of Viceregal Lodge and enjoyed viewing some birds of different species.
On Coming back we took Auto and got dropped at Lower Bazaar climbed the path since the Autowala dropped us on the road which is below this road as its hilly area u can understand. Had Some Panipuri then walk through Lakkar bazaar bought some wooden items for Gifting peoples and then we reached the Ridge.(I would say Ridge, Scandal Point, Christ Church all are located nearby only). We then walked towards Kali Mandir whcih is at a distance of about 15 mins and had Darshan of Maa Kali. By this time it was evening and Sun had set so the view of mountains was Blue quite similar to what we can see in the Wall Paper of Windows.
Came back and Sat in front of Christ Church had Ice cream did chat photography and finally came back to hotel.
Regarding weather I would say since its November I assure that you cannot see snowfall but the weather would be quite chilly during early morning and at Night too. Dont forget to take winter cloths with you. If you are newly married couple then you will enjoy a blast but if you have baby then do make preparation well in fact very well just to avoid inconvenience during your Happy leisure time.
Thanks
Srimanth
