A place you can sit for hours and just meditate. I'll recommend everyone who visits Shimla to take the trek, it's difficult but once you reach the top you will love the peace. Visit specially in Jan or Feb

Quite a long climb to the statue. Beware of the monkeys in the vicinity. Quite a nice view of the Mall/Ridge from this point.

Only met department can answer that. Till now there is no snowfall in shimla and around. Snow in march is very unlikely.

you can go by walking up the hill or take a transport. you can also use the rope way .
