Gozo tries to position itself as the best in price by promising sedans at best prices. Now, I have noticed there is a problem with their invoices, the driver always collects more cash (about 200-400 Rs. extra) than what the invoice shows. We have travelled with them four times, and the first three times were rather ok, but the latest 19/1/2021 trip from Jaipur to Ghaziabad was a nightmare, where everything that could possibly go wrong went bad. The driver arrived late (reporting time was 11:30, he arrived by 11:55 after constant nagging) in a very old CNG car, and suggested us Bharatpur route, which is the longest, while Google maps showed NH48 through Alwar to be clear, quick and shortest. Anyhow, during the first hour into the journey, he leisurely spent 1 hour 30 minutes to get CNG filled and another 1 hour for leisurely lunch. So for a trip that started at 12 pm, we were still riding in Rajasthan till 6:30 pm. He also wanted to show us Sariska national park, to put the blame on us, we did not take the bait though. He was rude, and a psychopath case, he then started asking us the route to take, because by 6:30 pm we had started questioning what is he doing. At one point, he held our bag hostage, asked us to make payment in the middle of the road and was reporting everything wrong to his vendor. That godforsaken driver made a second stop for CNG at 7:30 pm. Then he started driving recklessly at 8 pm, at 120 km/hour, saying if that is what we want he will drop us quickly. We paid him 2530 at the end after talking to his vendor (and had paid 744 as advance), but the because we were so annoyed, but the company generated invoice shows we paid 2230. The name of the driver is Vishwendra Kumar Meena, 8441973346 is his number. He is totally deranged, psycopath, rude, abusive, fraud. Do not take a ride with him ever.

The utter unprofessionalism that Gozo Cabs have shown is unfathomable to say the least. They've not only caused me monetary losses, but also snatched my days away!! They just shrug away from providing the service because their driver was not responding. The booking was made well in advance, if I have booked a service you promise to provide, it is your responsibility to fulfil it anyhow. To add on to that, they've made me WAIT FOR HOURS, hoping to get me an alternative cab that they kept making excuses for. Finally NO CAB PROVIDED, and my whole plan went down the drain. Their cold hearted approach, not showing any urgency or interest in rescuing the situation shows their lack of empathy towards their customers. You are at mercy of everything going right, they have zero control over their logistics and route operations. Not even a stand by fleet to fulfil the undertakings they already have committed to.

Although it may sound cliched and in weak defence presently, but we must state that unfortunately, your case has been an exception and is not the norm. The systems are in place to facilitate ease of travel for the customers. However, we did falter on this occasion, for genuine reasons. Used Gozo cabs for Delhi-Lucknow and return, one was drops 2 weeks apart. The driver did turn up around the scheduled time, which we realised later was by accident and we were lucky. 1st occasion very unprofessional driver, was a CNG car and he kept taking long off routes for CNG station, also he was constantly on call which was very risky and trying to privately book further bookings by telling then all incorrect time and location. We were lucky he didnt do the same for our booking. 2nd time I booked after sharing above experience with Gozo customer service and after I was assured I will get satisfactory service this time. I infact booked a Value+ car so that I dont get CNG car and paid extra. The car finally sent to me was a 2016 model while value+ promises 3 year or newer car. The rear seat belts were all locked under the seat cover and could get them out, I planned to use a car seat for my 4 year old son which I couldnt due to the seat belts. Clearly no quality and safety check is done. I got to know the car actually met with accident the previous night of picking and radiator was damaged so the driver was carrying bottles of water and kept refilling throughout the journey. Finally when I complained to Gozo about sending me an old car after charging me for value+, at first no one responded despite reminders, finally they came back to ask the vehicle details, which I had taken note of. Finally they came back saying they have checked and as per records it was a 2019 model car that they had sent, clearly lying and never expected a company openly resorting to lie. I had an old model Swift Dzire which stopped after 2016 so no way it could have been 2019 model, nonsense company. In addition they credited INR 300 in my gozo account for the inconvenience due to seat belt issue, really if they even cared they would have offered a refund rather than account credit, do they really think I am going to go back to them. Please avoid this company.
