Today, we took a day tour of the Taj Mahal from Delhi with Pioneer Holidays. All transportation went smoothly, and our drivers were very professional as they handled the unique traffic. Ali Zaif was our guide, and I can’t say enough how great he was! He provided fascinating information regarding the sites we visited and kept us on track for time. Ali was wonderful with assisting taking photos. He even went out of his way to ensure I obtained photos of a monkey, which had kept eluding me several times as we drove. We highly recommend Ali and Pioneer Holidays for site-seeing adventures in the Arga area!!!

I just returned from a visit to India. I booked a car and driver through Pioneer for our 4 day stay in Delhi. Moin Ashraf was excellent in communication, professional, and provided us excellent service. His rates were competitive, and he constantly kept in touch with us to make sure things were going as expected. Our driver, Sunju Sharma, provided excellent service. He was friendly, professional, thoughtful, and took very good care of us.
I travel frequently and highly recommend the services of this agency. I definitely plan on using them again.

Booked this one day trip to Agra on line.
Picked up at hotel on time by a smart driver in a nice clean car. Taken to New Delhi railway station where he were escorted us to our seats in the ‘first class’ section (I’d hate to see the standard carriage).
Served a boxed airplane type meal for breakfast. Not too bad but I’ve never had cornflakes with hot milk !
Met off train by our Pioneer Holidays guide who took us to a very smart large car which was driven by a very pleasant man. In fact the guide and driver were very good throughout the day.
A good tour of the Taj Mahal, Red Fort and the so called ‘Baby Taj’ followed.
We had a buffet style lunch at the Marriott hotel. The food was very nice. The lunch was only spoiled by a large group of older Indian women who blocked the serving area by eating their food standing right next to it. They topped up their used plates with more food as they finished each course. Very odd.
The tour ended with a trip back to Agra railway station and being escorted to our train seats.
We were met off our very late running train and back to our hotel.
All in all a very good experience and good value for money.
The only negative was that our guide insisted that we place a good review about the trip before we left Agra. When told this would be completed later he became VERY insistent telling we had to do it ! Needless to say it was not done until now.
We would recommend this Pioneer Holiday trip to future travelers.

Pioneer Holidays is a great company, very professional and reliable. We made a six days private tour Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and Udaipur by car and this was really an unforgettable experience. Our driver Ali was very kind and helped us with everything that we needed. He is also a great driver and knew perfectly how to get us fast and safely through the incredible traffic of India. Also all our guides were great, they told us a lot of interesting things, showed many secret places, helped to skip the lines in the busiest attractions, solved any problems that we had and adjusted the program to accommodate all our wishes. Especially great guides were Riki in Udaipur and Sharma in Jaipur. We highly recommend them.

Moin Ashraf of Pioneer Holidays tailored a 12 day tour covering the Golden Triangle and Kerala. In addition my wife and I also did a two day visit to Pune. The Organisation and choice of hotels was excellent. The Guides and Drivers were professional, well informed and always on time. We felt very safe while travelling between cities, the drivers were very confident of their skills. Moin ensured that the logistics in every city worked like clock work.
All in all, a very well organised tour which we enjoyed.

My extended family did a private tours through this company for New Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra. There were 10 adults on our tour. They organized our tours of each city and various attractions. They recommended stopping points and sights along the way that we had not considered. We also hired two private drivers for our group who were available to group members even when tours were not scheduled. Every tour guide we worked with was amazing, and very knowledgable. Our driver's were kind, and understanding (as members of our group were frequently late.) Additionally, our tour guides were flexible, and accommodated various requests. Overall, this was an excellent tour company and they were willing to meet our group's specific needs. I highly recommend them.

We are from the US and booked custom tours of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur with Pioneer Holidays. Moin customized our tours for us and modified it as our plans changed during the tours. He was always very responsive and helpful. The guides and drivers were exceptional and we had the most amazing 4 day tour of the highlights of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. I did the Old and New Delhi tour in March 2023. Driver was very nice/polite and foremost driving safely. He was on time at the hotel to pick me up. Guide was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He wasn't hurrying or going too slow, adjusting to my pace. All in all, good way to see the highlights of the city in 1 day.

Highly recommend company. Would definitely recommend to anyone!! We been on 10 days trip. Perfectly organised by Moin, with professional driver Sahab.everything was spot on. Bookings,Hotels,Guides,we really enjoyed every city we visited once more again big thank you for Moin and Sahab, they made our trip unforgettable.!!!
