Extremely disappointing experience.
I booked the traveller on 13th Sep, paid advance 5k.
The traveller was suppose to leave with 10 of us from Delhi on 30th Sep morning 4 AM.
On 30th Sep, 3 AM we started calling the driver and he didn't respond.
Till 3:45 AM, we all panicked. I called up the owner (via whom I booked the traveller). He said okay, I'll check. 10 mins later I called him again asking the update, he didn't answer.
Luckily I had the owner's son's number as I had transferred the advance on his no. He picked up and said I'll check. For the next 15 mins (we all stood at the pickup point till 5 AM). The son sent another traveller with someone else's luggage in the boot.
The seats were dirty and the driver OMG was full of attitude.
PS : The original traveller and driver didn't arrive. This was some last minute solution they gave us. The original driver didn't even pick up his phone after (I'm assuming he saw) 50+ calls already.
Totally unreliable travel service.

During our return on 2nd Oct - the driver stopped mid-way without informing and got off the traveller to have lunch.
We had stopped for lunch at some place, he didn't eat there. We had to wait another 30-45 mins for him to finish eating at a place of his choice separately.
Then, at the time of final payment, the driver was told some another amount. I had booked the traveller for 24k total of which 5k we paid in advance and 5k on the day of the return for fuel in cash. Final balance payment we made 14k. The driver was told 24500.
It was a matter of 500 only but still it was a wrong amount. Then the chap made us speak with 3 different people to confirm the amount. And finally the owner's son again spoke and said okay, it was 24k.
The entire experience with MWT was full of hassles, panic and uncertainties.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING WITH THEM AT ALL.

Wonder full experience with malhotra travels during our chardham yatra,
Providing very comfortabel and fully equipped net and clean force maharaja tempo traveller.
Also during entire journey, Driver Ishwar bhai treat us like a family member and supports us in every situation and providing good guiadance related to all the basic things we required during journey,

We had a wonderful time touring India; Dheli, Agra , Mussoorie, Chandigarh. We were driven around d by the best tour guide Mr Ali! His driving is fantastic, as is his English. He was very informative and fun to have as a driver. Nothing was too much trouble for Mr Ali! He is an asset to MWT! We hope to use this company next time we're in India. Thank you for a great experience !

Visited Delhi for the very first time from 19-22 Aug 2023. Met this wonderful brother, Mr Sanjay, who was our driver/guide, from Malhotra World Travels, who took care of us throughout our journey. He was knowledgeable, humorous, patient and responsible. He ensured our visits to the various attractions at UP, Rajasthan and Delhi were well-informed, entertained and safe. His interactions with us were not just professional but also personal and sincere. Our hats off to Mr Sanjay.
We will definitely return to Delhi to continue with more adventures with our Captain, Mr Sanjay. Thank you very much Mr Sanjay.

I am so happy with the service provided by Malhotra World Travels Taxi to us and we travelled Manali, Shimla, Sundarnagar ,Chandigarh ,Delhi and Agra safely. I would like to recommend the driver Sanjay who speaks English very well and carefully drive throughout our trip.

Sonu arranged incredible guides and excellent drivers for us in every city we travelled to. It was very reassuring to know our personal driver would be waiting when we stopped off the plane. I cannot recommend this company enough.
