We have booked a tempo Traveler for 16th march, 2023 from New Delhi railway station, However due to unavoidable circumstances we had to cancel the booking, and later raised a cancellation request on 13th march that is more than 48 hrs. before, however, it seems they do not want to refund any amount and is making excuses.
We have sent numerous mail with follow up but no reply. Their customer care people attitude is very disappointing and will discourage us from doing any future bookings. kindly avoid if possible.
Would request Higher management (Mr. Kailash Jha) to kindly look into the matter.

We hired taxi service for local Delhi sightseeing, Agra, Mathura and Vrindavana.
Prompt service. There was no delay in responding to calls or messages.
Reasonable rates. Car was kept in good condition. AC was switched on most of the times (whenever required). Driver was very professional and did no unnecessary talks.
Over all decent and hassle free experience.

They have this tendency to take advance for a vehicle which never went to your destination. They make their customer run for their refund. They don't pick calls.When try from other numbers they do pick the call, on learning its same customer , immediately cut the call. They ask for all the bank details but never transfer. Such a shame you guys "India Taxi online". No future customer , no recommendations from my side or network. Get lost buggers. May you get your karma soon, for what you do wrong to people.

The tempo traveller provided by Indiataxionline for the tour. We have booked it online. The trip was nice and the service provided by indiataxionline is fantastic. Very friendly driver and we think the cheapest fare they provided.Thanks indiataxionline for making our trip so wonderful and memorable.
