We contacted Mr Arjun Singh of The Memorable India Tours for planning our 12 days tour for North India cities in February 2020. He guided us in planning and places to be visited and selection of hotels. His response to our queries and questions was very prompt and professional. We recently booked a car and driver for a 5 day trip from Amritsar to Shimla. The SUV was in fair condition but the driver left a lot to be desired. Firstly, he came to pick us up at the airport without a placard with my name on it. So it took a while of waiting and finally calling him to find him. Next, he asked for the balance of payment for an amount which was higher than what I owed the company. No fault of his - but definitely poor communication on the agency's part. So again a few phone calls later it was straightened out. Needless to say, not a best way to start a trip. The driver was okay. We could tell he was not used to international customers so his standards of service were a little different. I don't blame him at all - but do expect the agency to match international customers to drivers whose service matches better. We ended up paying more cash to the driver, as the hotel we stayed at in Shimla did not allow drivers to sleep in the car. He had to park elsewhere where there was a daily charge, according to him. Even though we told the agency the name of the hotel where we were staying, they let us deal with it rather than sorting it out with their driver. Not once did anyone from the agency call us to check how everything was going. I would not use them again.

Dear Guest, thanks for your valuable feedback. We have provided you with a complete tour package with hotels but you choose to take just car and driver so we provided the same. In car rental we just look that car and driver are available to you as per your time and are in good condition which was no issue as per your reply. For the driver allowances it is paid to him and was clearly written in the Inclusions but you just mentioned only for Shimla Hotel problem not with other destinations also no such problem was informed to us else just like extra payment collection this would have easily sorted out in just one call as 24X7 direct mobile number was provided and there is no relation with the Hotels name provided in advance by you as we don't arrange same accommodation stay for drivers if hotels booked by client himself that's why driver allowances is paid in cash to him. For International Client in car rental or complete package we provide Airport executive/representative and customer feedback support team to look for smooth operations and check in and checkout from hotels everyday which includes huge cost to Agency which is already added in the cost so there is cost difference for International client package and Indian client package. No such service money was charged from you or was included in your package so how can you expect International client service in economical budget car rental cost.

Our Driver Mr. khan friendly and caring. He took care of us throughout the journey. Once again thank you so much Mr Raj for arranging our honeymoon trip memorable, all hotel was superb and unbelievable.

Right from the day we enquired for the tour package, Arun was in regular touch with us. Revising the itinerary as per our requirement, sending hotel confirmation, driver and car details. We were Honeymoon Couple traveling to Srinagar from Delhi for the first time. Arun call us daily morning and evening and asked about our comfort, room service, food etc. Special mention about our Driver, Sultan, who took us to all places and the restaurants we pointed and to any shopping place we wish to go. Trip was memorable and the credit goes to them

We live in Wellington, New Zealand. We were going to India for my nephew 's wedding so decided to incorporate a tour of india, which include Rajasthan, Varanasi, Amritsar, Chandigarh, Shimla, Delhi and Agra for 19 days. Memorable India was recommended by a family member, so we decided to book our tour with them after conversing with them on several matters relating to the itinerary and our specific needs such as hotel accomodation, english speaking tour guides etc. Arun Singh was our tour manager who we liased with from the initial stages of our enquiry with them to the conclusion of our tour. During our tour we had a problem with a cancelled airline booking which was trouble shooted by Arun and our local tour guide. We were very happy how they concluded this unfortunate situation we were in. Overall we were very happy with the planning and execution of our tour. We highly recommend Arun Singh of Memorable India Journey Pvt.Ltd for travel requirements in India.

A group of us had a great time touring Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, and Ranthambore. Our driver, Mr. Vinod, did an excellent job getting us to where we needed to go, offering recommendations, and adapting the trip as we went according to what we wanted. I recommend Memorable India, and especially requesting Mr. Vinod as a driver.

Memorable India exceeded by far all my expectations! When I contacted them, the planing was very easy and straight forward. Actually I asked to see Taj Mahal at sunrise and a tiger in it's habitat, letting them the choice of where to send me for the other beautiful places India has to offer.
They organized a full tour of 14 nights in magnificent locations with two private drivers and one train connection (luxury train from Jaipur to Udaipur), with very expert local guides for every city, fort and safari. They also took care to organize the flight back across almost all Rajasthan, without any problem. We even became friends with several of our guides and the chef executive of Oberoi Hotel!
It was one of my most breath taking travels in all my life! I will certainly come back to India next year and definitely ask Memorable India Tours to organize me another trip or hotel stay (as we will be volunteering again two weeks) before taking one week off.

I had been doing a little research on the Internet for a chardham yatra package with an amazing driver and well-balanced hotels. I had initially contacted Rishi of Chardham Travels and she had been very helpful in making the booking. The travel agents did a great job in arranging the accommodation and giving us the information we needed. We had a great experience overall.

We had an amazing experience on this tour! Mohan, our driver, was friendly and took us to some really interesting sites. The frescoes in Mandawa were stunning, and we learned a lot about Rajasthani culture. The tour was well-planned, and we enjoyed every moment. We appreciated the flexibility of the tour and the ability to customize it to our interests. The private car made the journey comfortable and convenient. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in exploring India's rich history and culture.

I went on the temples of South India tour in Tamil Nadu from November 22nd until November 29th. The tour was comprehensive and very well organized.
Simon was a wonderful guide whose impressive local knowledge and kind assistance made the tour enjoyable and memorable.
Thank you also for providing a guide for my tour of Delhi. Shyam Yadav did a great job showing me the Chhatarpur Temple, the Buddha park gardens and the Bangla Sahib Gurdwara. His knowledge of sites in Delhi is second to none.

We went to Coorg , Mysore, Kodaikanal , Ooty.
You should definitely plan a trip with Memorable India Tours. The guy who planed the entire trip kept the schedule so cooperative and was always open for our call (literally any hour of the day). You can request for more points or new places and if they are possible they will be added to your trip. We did add some points without skipping others.

Yes, you can do Golden triangle 4 days tour with Russian Speaking guide.
you can do private car tour as well as can join groups as per your choice. the private car trip ranges from Budget hotel to five star hotels as per the requirements of the guest.
But group trips will have all guests with same class hotels which can be either three star or four star or five star.
