There are few people on this planet who have not seen movies or videos of India....and Indian roads and driving. The very idea of driving in India is a daunting thought and as Seniors on a first trip to India, we were very concerned. We needn't have had that on our travel list. Kamal was an exceptional driver and a wonderful part of our week driving thru the Golden Triangle. The car was new, clean, comfortable with all the bells and whistles (tho my only real concern, coming from Las Vegas, with the quality of the AC. which was great. The driving in this amazing country is NOT for the feint of heart. In the hands of Kamal we felt totally safe and comfortable. He was a sane and competent driver with a wonderful sense of humor. He was also incredibly attentive to my sister, who has some mobility issues. He was kind and patient. We were very impressed and happy with the experience .

We arrived in Delhi planning to take trains around the golden triangle and felt pretty quickly that we were in over our heads. We have now been to 7 countries on this trip, and everything seemed more challenging in India- getting around especially.
We were taking a tuk tuk to the Red Fort when we discovered we would have to wait if we didn't have tickets, which we did not. The tuk tuk driver offered to take us to a tourist office where we could get things figured out. We felt we didn't have much choice, but this was exactly what we read we were NOT supposed to do- let a tuk tuk driver take us to a 'tourist office.'
So when we arrived at incredible india, we were skeptical and guarded. We read some reviews and Bilal tried very hard to convince us they would take good care of us.
And they did! We had DP as our driver for 5 days, but he was much more than a driver- he helped us map out our day, taught us about the history and significance of different sights, and became a friend. He was wonderful.
We would highly recommend this. It saved our trip to India!

Exotic, extravagant, elegant, eclectic... this is India, my India!
A unique destination, a different perspective on life! India has always been very inspiring to me and when I decided to fly there I knew I would be out of my comfort zone. The cultural shock was hard to deal with.
"Incredible India Car and Driver-Day Tours" made the difference though!
I travelled almost all over the country, from the coloured-charge cities of Rajasthan to the white sands and sparkling waters of Goa, from Delhi, City of Djinns, to the spectacularly jagged, arid mountains of the Buddhist ex-kingdom of Ladakh, from the spice and tea-covered hills of the Western Ghats to the enchanting Kashmir.
Bilal Tunda and Raj Mir made my dream come true.
They organized my itineraries at discount prices and booked wonderful, dreamy hotels and resorts to make sure I would feel comfortable everywhere in India.
They took me to a never-ending expedition into the cultural heritage of India.
They promised to deliver a memorable India tour and they just did what they promised : they drove me to the mystery magic and magnificent diversity of a country with a unique culture, a rich wildlife and exotic cuisines with a historical backdrop of 5,000 years.
A huge "thank you" to Raj Mir and Bilal Tunda for this incredible experience!

We were taken by a "staff member at our hotel" to the "government travel office in Connaught Place" where we first met Bilal. Our only intention was to book two sleeper bus services which we couldn't book using a foreigner's credit card. We were quickly informed by Bilal that this was a bad decision as most, if not all, sleeper buses in India crash with massive fatalities. We were also informed by Bilal that every single train we had booked across India had been cancelled. Therefore, there was no other option but to use the car and driver company that he owned, with minor changes to our accommodation (provided we cancel a few hotels and use his ones instead) for the low low price of five hundred USD. What a con job! All of our trains ran on time, and our sleeper bus journeys on Mahalaxmi Travels and Hanuman Travels were pleasant and great value-for-money.
We did use Bilal's driver service for one single day in Delhi, and had Baba as our driver. Baba was quick to show us his 'book' of positive reviews, tell us stories about the giant tips people have given him in the past (hint hint) and upsell his boss. However, apart from those things he was quite a safe driver and took us to several great monuments including the India Gate and the Lotus Temple. When it came to paying, he overcharged us noticeably and then complained about the tip that we gave him. On the whole, I would recommend Incredible India Car and Driver to no-one and advise you to book with the authorised government travel agent instead.

I was refered to Mr. Bilal Tunda the owner of the India Travel Makers, by a friend who had been regularly using the services of India Travel Makers whenever travelling around in India. When I went to India for the first time and on my own in 2010 I was glad to know a travel agency I could turn to. Mr. Bilal Tunda ceated a perfect itinerary for me. I saw most wonderful places in Delhi over a couple of days and I also travelled to the Taj Mahal and Agra, and Jaipur. I travelled with air conditioned care and the driver was always very helpful and pacient, the whole journey so I could spend as much time as I liked at the sites. I felt safe and cared for. Therefore I also contacted India Travel Makers in 2014 when I was travelling with my boyfriend. They booked all the flight tickets, reserved accommodations and provided cars and drivers wherever we went for city tours as well as outside of Delhi. They have travel agents all over the country so you are not just dropped off somewhere, but there is someone waiting for you when you arrive, to take over and see you to the hotel or to the resort and see that everything is OK. I really appreciated that. We travelled from Delhi to Daramsala, and spent some time there, From Daramsala we travelled to Palampur and had ayurvedic treatment in a very calm and pleasant layed back town, off the tourist beaten track. It was wonderful. Then Mr. Bilal also arranged a resort in Goa for us and one in Vipin Island down in Kerala, near Kochi. All was perfectly organised, either we were driven by car, or there were flight tickets, and we were picked up from airport by the hotel taxi. The prices were also very reasonable. I really loved every minute spent in India and that is also thanks to the great services of India Travel Makers and people working for it. Thank you!

Incredible India Car and Driver - Day tours arranged everything for us. From the Personalised welcome at Delhi Airport to the end of our visit which took us to Jaipur, Agra, Chandigarh, Kashmir and Mumbai we only have praise for the organisers. Not a single problem. Im fact they went out of their way to add little extras which made this trip memorable. The welcome in Kashmir in the houseboat was just terrific. Anytime Incredible India Car and Driver - Day tours !!! I recommend this agency to all my friends. Thank you, Bilal and our driver Pappu who is the best guide ever.

My friend and I booked a driver for 11 days with Incredible India, from Delhi through Rajhastan to Udaipur.
Mr Bilal, though a very serious man, was very helpful. Not too pushy and adjusted the trip to suit budget.
We wouldn't have been able to see half as many places or sites if it wasn't for booking this trip.
One of our overall highlight of our entire trip was our driver Sonu! He was helpful in new places, went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our trip and it wasn't until we got into someone else's car that we realised how good a driver he was. We met several people who had personal drivers and we could be nothing but smug as they voiced their qualms.
I can honestly say, booking this trip was the best thing we did on our trip!

Recently we visited India for 4 weeks,have been many times and always just organise our travels ourselves,using public transport to travel around..We discovered this wonderful organisation purely by accident when we were trying to book trains...After meeting Bilal and discussing our plans we ended up hiring a car with a lovely driver Nareesh and exploring Rajasthan...We love to travel off the beaten track and Bilal organised the most wonderful itinerary,also train tickets and accommodation..WE changed plans a few times mid trip but nothing was ever a problem for Bilal and we can't thank him enough for what he did to ensure we had a more than wonderful adventure...We will definitely be back and as I write this Bil is organising a motorbike trip for my husband and mates in February....Thankyou sooooo very much Bil,you were simply wonderful and we look forward to seeing you on our next visit,kindest cheers,Carol and Brett Wilson.

I travelled through Rajasthan with Mr Kumar for 12 days Dec 2014-January 2015. The state of Rajasthan is amazing, and Mr Kumar knows it very well, as he has been driving for over 30 years. There are no worries that you'll miss anything along the way, and the great advantage of having a driver like Mr Kumar is that he will take you to out of the way places, that would be difficult to access if you were using train or bus services. One of the big highlights for me was that Mr Kumar also knows of some wonderful highway restaurants, so lunch each day was a real treat - I really felt like I was experiencing the "real" India along the way.
He is also very protective of his clients - giving advice along the way, ensuring you are comfortable in the places you stay. He really looks after you - he is honest, reliable and very friendly. I would highly recommend him and his company.
I will miss him, as he has been a big part of my India experience.

Hi I am looking for a government approved English Speaking driver/ tour guide 2 in 1 possible who can take me and my wife on a private tour in a comfortable air condition private vehicle.
I am planning to come to Delhi for 2 days, then Agra for 1 day then Jaipur for 2 days and then be dropped back to my hotel in Delhi. I would like to shown all the famous sites and landmarks.
Can you give me a quote that includes the fees of the driver/ guide, drivers meal and drivers accommodation, taxes etc.
I haven't booked my holiday yet it all depends on your quote. also I plan to arrive in Delhi either 31st March or 1st April 2018. I will be booking my hotels myself

Hi. I have used Incredible India to book English speaking driver & acommodation twice. Faultless on both occasions. However, I did not ask for guide/ driver. I suggest you e- mail Bilal & he will give you price for the whole drive & acommodation ( you can specify what standard of acommodation you require ).
If he cannot provide a combined guide/ driver, it may be possible to take one from Delhi with you. Otherwise engage one at each destination but some of those waiting at the sites only want to whisk you around quickly for maximum profit. SOME are very good but how to tell beforehand? Good Luck.
