These 2 guys started making conversation. They looked like they had somewhere to be and were just being polite. Maybe that’s just the Indian hospitality. I told them I had no plans, was just going to see how it goes. After a while they told me I should head to this tourism office where I would get free advice. I was taken to said “tourism advice office”. Within 2 minutes of being there I realised they were not there to advise , but to sell. His name is Bilal. I told him I was on a budget but he gave me a package of 66,000 rupees, which included 8 cities around India.. Train tickets and accommodation included. I would travel in 2nd class AC seats all the way, and stay in private rooms. What I received instead were crowded trains in third class, and shared rooms in cheap hostels. Bilal’s service was terrible. As I was moving around I had to keep messaging him for hotel and transport details for the places I was going. Whenever I arrived at the hotels it was always disappointing. In many the shower didn’t work properly, some rooms had no windows, others no WiFi, or hot water. A trip like that should have costed no more than 40,000 rupees, or just a little over 400 euros. Stay away from Bilal’s travel agency - Incredible India Experience, in Connaught Place, New Delhi. You are better off booking everything yourself. He did nothing more than go to booking.com and reserve the first cheap hostel on the list. These guys are charlatans operating with impunity.…

Review of: Car Rental
We did a a tour through Rajasthan. Our driver was Mishra and he was the perfect driver for our family. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and that we had a the tour that we wanted. It was quite difficult to find a company that is trustworthy. But from the first email the contact with Bilal was very pleasant. This was the first time we did this kind of tour. My advise for anyone planning to do this. Make sure you know exactly what you want and be sure to communicate this to your driver. The next bit is just a general tip..not any negative comment towards this tour company. All drivers will take you to certain shops, this is normal. But if you do not wish to go, then communicate that. Maybe it can save you some money. Cause these shops know how to sell..they are good salesmen and before you know it you end up with stuff you do not need or want. We did some shopping and were happy with the things we bought...but did not go to every proposed shop! So be aware of the shops..…

Review of: Golden Triangle Tour
My friend and I went to India last week for 3 days and 2 nights. We went with this company as a friend had previously recommended it. It was by far the cheapest package that I came across after researching many different companies. We arrived in India early in the morning to be greeted by our driver Anil who was so helpful and friendly. He really made this trip for us as he was so accommodating and did everything he could to make us happy and enjoy our trip. We got Delhi , Agra and Jaipur all done in 3 days and we even had time to relax by the pool in the lovely hotels that we were put up in. It was a fabulous trip and I would highly recommend this company as it is so affordable and the service we received from everyone involved was nothing but the best.…

Review of: Golden Triangle Tour
We found Incredible India to be a fantastic experience for our trip around the Golden Triangle! This was definitely the best way to see all of the sights that we wanted to see. Our driver, Surinder, was so kind and very hospitable. He really listened to all of our requests for what we wanted to see and do, and he took us to the best places that he recommended. We felt very appreciative to have a kind local who could take us around safely and efficiently. If you are debating between renting a car or taking the train, we would recommend taking the car because it is very convenient to have a driver take you around once you get to the cities that you are visiting. In Jaipur, it would be challenging to walk between the different sights, so you will want a driver to take you around. In both Agra and Jaipur, the streets are very crowded, so you might feel safer in a car than walking, taking an auto-rickshaw or trying to find a taxi. Hiring a driver is definitely the way to go if you want to travel the Golden Triangle. For our experience, we got picked up at our hotel in New Delhi, drove to Jaipur to see the Amber Fort (HIGHLY recommend!) and a day full of wandering the markets in the Pink City near Hawa Mahel. We stayed in an AirBNB in Jaipur for one night. The next day, we drove to Agra to see the Taj Mahal. Incredible India helped us find a wonderful tour guide for the Taj, which was really helpful. After the Taj, we drove back to Delhi, and got dropped off at our hotel again. The price is a good value! We would recommend requesting a car with air conditioning if you are traveling in the summer, and request a car with seatbelts for all passengers.…

Incredible India Car & Driver -- an odd but apt name. Supreme service across all fronts. A last minute alteration to our itinerary for India necessitated a car and drive on short notice. Incredible India responded within hours and lifted our holiday to new heights! Our driver Manoj was simply brilliant. Knowledgeable, insightful, joyful and flawlessly fluent. Throughout our 3 days together he worked tirelessly to enhance our trip beyond our expectations. Customised insights into inspiring endeavours. Funny. Thoughtful. Diligent driver.
