MasterChef Cooking classes in Delhi was started in 2007 by our master chef Usha Agarwal. At Masterchef Cookery classes in Delhi, we believe that 'Cookery is not chemistry, it is an art' and living upto this motto we are consistently working to discover this artist in you. We offer a wide variety of Cookery Courses for a wide range of audience. All courses are prepared keeping in mind that recipes are made easy to learn.

We had a wonderful time with Usha cooking a delicious Indian menu. She really cares about her students and teaching them how to cook well. She provides helpful documents and tidbits along the way to make your meal even more delicious. At the end you get to enjoy the meal with her, and it makes for a wonderful and personalized experience in Delhi. She provides you the recipes to take home and recreate forever! Also, she does so much prep work before your session so that things can go smoothly, which we really appreciated. It goes without saying but the food was DELICIOUS!

My son Pranay learnt Lebanese from Masterchef cooking school in defence colony. We tried hummus and it not only tasted awesome but was very simple to make as the Ingredients were from the kitchen. Highly recommend learning from this cooking school.

Usha ji has had a transformative impact on my life. I had the immense opportunity to take cooking lessons with her in New Delhi in the summer of 2019 and I had a fantastic time and learned SO much about the tastes, smells, aromas and techniques needed to make incredible indian food. She taught me numerous recipes and I then had a fantastic time making one of those recipes nearly every week for months after my lesson with her.
I then had the immense opportunity to continue learning with her via Zoom lessons over the course of about 3 or 4 additional cooking lessons where she taught me the recipes over the Zoom call. She had helpers on hand and all the ingredients ready to go so I was able to learn about 3 or 4 recipes each lessons. She would send me the recipes in advance and I would watch and take notes as she instructed the recipe. She was then also available via WhatsApp to answer any questions when I made the recipes on my own.
Of the 12 - 15 or so recipes I have learned from Usha ji - I make at least one of them a week. It is one of my greatest pleasures in life to make these wonderfully fragrant and delicious meals for my friends and family - all veg recipes - that blow people away and add so much to my life. I for some reason do not love cooking other types of food but when I am making one of the recipes from MasterChef Usha, I get excited and have an incredible time.
If there is ANYONE to learn from in India - it is Usha ji. Highly, highly recommend and I can't wait to learn more again soon from her.

I had the opportunity to take private lessons with Usha, she is one in a million. Her knowledge and skill set makes your learning experience great! She is very patient in explaining her recipes step by step and will answer any questions along the way. If you are looking for authentic Indian cuisine learning, she is all that!

Mrs. Usha Agarwal is my mother-in-law. Normally when you ask someone about their mother-in-law we all know the kind of response we will get. :)
But I must have to say that you have to experience her cooking classes. They are full of energy and enthusiasm. And you will see her passion coming through. Not only you will learn about cooking but also some fun facts about different dishes and their ingredients.
She would make it easy to remember by sharing notes, demonstrating very clearly and answering questions as you go through the class. I have taken a class in mughals and in chinese. I am not a good cook but from time to time when I cook I use some of my mother-in -law's recipe and they come out very nice. Plus this helps me getting brownie points with my wife as well. :)

Chef Usha Agarwal is truly awesome. My experience of learning different cuisines were really amazing. She lets us cook practically rather than just going thru the recipe leaflet. She gives hands on experience.
The food that she teaches is authentic be it Thai, Italian, Mexican, Mediterranean. I have learnt everything from scratch.
She makes sure that batch is small and everyone gets to learn. She is professional yet motherly.
I highly recommend these classes. She is truly a master chef.
Whenever I cook at home and get confuse anywhere so she helps me over a phone also😘😘...

Usha aunty is an awesome chef with immense cooking experience in Indian home made cooking. The fact that she explains the use of each ingredient with utmost care is the best. If an ingredient is not available in your area you’ll get answers from her to replace it without compromising on the taste and quality of the food. Hey recipes are simple and easy to follow.

I started going for MasterChef classes two years back. By now I have completed majority of the classes. I swear by mrs Aggarwal’s recipes. The nuances of cooking and techniques taught by her are unparalleled. The Mughlai Indian, soups and Italian recipes are my favourite and lip smacking. The hands on approach and lately the online classes are very professional. Highly recommended !

Thanks for showing interest in MasterChef cookery classes. The cost of the classes vary depending on the class type and cuisine. The group classes range from INR2000 to INR3000, depending on the class. The private classes range from INR8500 to INR10000, but you get tailored classes based on your needs.
