Mrs. Usha Agarwal is my mother-in-law. Normally when you ask someone about their mother-in-law we all know the kind of response we will get. :) But I must have to say that you have to experience her cooking classes. They are full of energy and enthusiasm. And you will see her passion coming through. Not only you will learn about cooking but also some fun facts about different dishes and their ingredients. She would make it easy to remember by sharing notes, demonstrating very clearly and answering questions as you go through the class. I have taken a class in mughals and in chinese. I am not a good cook but from time to time when I cook I use some of my mother-in -law's recipe and they come out very nice. Plus this helps me getting brownie points with my wife as well. :)…

Chef Usha Agarwal is truly awesome. My experience of learning different cuisines were really amazing. She lets us cook practically rather than just going thru the recipe leaflet. She gives hands on experience. The food that she teaches is authentic be it Thai, Italian, Mexican, Mediterranean. I have learnt everything from scratch. She makes sure that batch is small and everyone gets to learn. She is professional yet motherly. I highly recommend these classes. She is truly a master chef. Usha aunty is an awesome chef with immense cooking experience in Indian home made cooking. The fact that she explains the use of each ingredient with utmost care is the best.
