My husband & I & 4 children used IBCD for a trip to visit friends in Manali for a week in the summer. Organisation of the trip was really efficient with Mr Bal Ram replying promptly & helpfully as we changed our mind on what kind of vehicle we needed & where we needed picking up & dropping off. Our driver Mr Jagat picked us up from Chandigarh & the car was clean & comfortable & kept clean through out our trip. He was friendly and helpful & available at all times as we made plans for our days. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again & recommend them to anyone looking for a car & driver. Thank you for helping our trip go so smoothly.

The best service provider in India
Me and my husband went to india for 4 nights 5 days and rent a car from IBCD to use in Delhi , Jaipur and Agra.
This was our first trip with IBCD and all of our questions were answered promptly and the customer service and driver are very patient during the entire process.
Most importantly they are knowledgeable to welcome you make you feel comfortable.
We felt safe, comfortable and satisfy with the services they provided.

We are lucky enough to be their first oversea guest fafter the pandemic, and it's again my second time with them since 2016.
Mr Bal Ram always stands by from WhatsApp even late night, and our driver Mr Om Prakash is kind and patient enough to take care of us during 5 days triangle trip. He ensured the car is well clean and tidy every time the next day which is quite impressive.
Definitely I will ride with them this winter for further venture :)

From first contact we knew IBCD would be the company for us- proffesional and dilligent throughout, took his time to pre-recce the locations we were staying in and the driver knew where he was going all the time.
We did a route Delhi - Agra - Ranthambore - Jaipur - Our driver Subash was brilliant throughout, so glad he drove us around - driving in india is a nightmare at the best of times but Subash made it seem easy and got us where we needed to be on time everytime. The guides supplied by the IBCD were great and really made our trip enjoyable with their knowledge.
100% reccomend this company and would use again if visiting India.

This was our second trip with IBCD and we were again completely satisfied with car and driver. We were on the road from February 6 to Febr 14, 2020, starting in Delhi and proceeding to Agra,Bharatpur,Fatehpur Sikri,Gwalior,Sonagir, Orchha, Vrindavan and then back to Delhi. Our driver did an excellent driving job and always kept our car clean and nice. The most important thing is, we always felt safe and in good hands all the way.

My wife and I had a luxury car for our 14 days road trip from Delhi to Agra and All the cities of Rajasthan. The communication with Bal Ram before our trip was great. We had 2 drivers, our 1st driver Balwant Ji we had for 3 days to Jaipur then our 2nd driver Karan Ji for 11 days. Both drivers were friendly and happy to talk about their country and to us in general. The cars were always clean with spring water ready for us. They took us everywhere we wanted to go. Indian music on request was great. Although our itinerary was large with nearly everything on the list, Karan Ji advised us on other places of interest we were passing and may be interested in and thought we would like to stop, including all those good food stops. He even protected us in the middle of nowhere when two male camels were about to get into a fight lol. We felt both drivers were protective and really looked after us. Always on time when we needed them and waiting patiently when we were site seeing. I lost my wedding ring in Jaisalmer and Karan Ji was genuinely upset for me. We were sad to say goodbye to him. I would definitely recommend IBCD for the price, comfortable car and the fantastic service. If you are going to go India, go IBCD!!

We had an excellent experience of IBCD. Our flight to Delhi was hugely delayed but we informed Mr Bal Ram and the driver Mr Karan Singh was at the airport to receive us at the later time. From there on, it went smoothly. Mr. Karan Singh is a very good (and safe) driver, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He also gave us useful tips throughout, and kept us supplied with bottled water. We travelled from Delhi to Agra then to Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur-10 days in total. Mr Karan Singh was willing to take us wherever we wanted, and tailored the itinerary/ start time accordingly. I would not hesitate to book with IBCD again and would ask for Mr Karan Singh specifically!

Excellent service, good price. Mr Karan is a very good driver and a nice person, thank to him we had a great trip. We made a trip from Udaipur to Delhi via Jaipur and Agra without any problem thank to a very good organization and punctuality . Car was very confortable, clean, with wifi and small bottles of water every day. You must travel with IBCD for your next trip in India !!!

We took 2 trips with this company.
The first was a day trip around Delhi with a guide and driver. We were very impressed with both the guide and the driver. We were taken to everywhere we requested to go and the guide even recommended other places such as the Mahatma Gandhi museum that we were not aware of.
We also took a trip to Hardiwar, the driver Karan walked us to the best place to see the ceremony and was very attentive. His local knowledge was very useful and reassuring. His Engish was very good and he is a very careful driver.

I would like to know if Ramesh is still the director! At my first trip in 2017 Ramesh always replied to my (numerous) emails very quickly and efficiently But now, it is not anymore him and it is longer before getting info and answers! We was so satisfied with our first trip that we would like to book another one!

We booked our tour through Services International LTD in New Delhi. phone number is +9111 4105 0560. They tailored our trip according to what we wanted. Our total cost included hotels, our flight from Delhi to Ranthambore , all breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotels It will be best to contact them directly. We liked the fact that we had one driver throughout our trip from Udaipur-Jaipur- Ranthambore- Agra and then Delhi.

Best thing is to write the same mail to a few companies like the one I reviewed above and ask for a quotation. You will see how fast they answer to your mail and also the amount they ask for.
By the way, I don't know yet how to edit a published post, but the company I reviewed is INDIA BY CAR PLUS DRIVER - IBCD Travels and not India by car and driver that is a different company. I hired IBCD travels since they answered immediately and were not the most expensive ones. If you don't know exactly where you want to go you might ask them to plan a round trip to the most important cities with attractions in Rajasthan.

The driver's usually have guest houses they stay in, along with other drivers. He assured us it is quite social.
No need to pay for their meals. They must get an allowance for their food, petrol and tolls.

We are a family of 4 (2 teens) It was July and we were picked up in New Delhi airport and next day we went sightseeing, then Agra for the Taj, Jaipur and then we went on a long trip (maybe 6 hours) to Pushkar and Udaipur We paid around 15,000 rps. I do recommend this company. Very Good Service and Babu our driver was very good driver.
We wanted to go to Ranthambore, which is kind of in the way, but roads were closed for monsoon season, which will not be your case.
