We had a great experience with Amin and Rakesh, our drivers. Although Amin didn’t know much English, his smile and approachability really put us at ease. Additionally Rakesh was an amazing driver and a tour guide telling us the history and showing us great views along the way and provided us with food recommendations which were truly delicious.
They both looked after us throughout our journey and enjoyed our time with both drivers.
Advice: ensure that both yourself and Jitender have 100% agreed on your itinerary and the dates you require driver service. We had confirmed everything with him through email and a price was confirmed. Closer to the time, we sent an email to reconfirm the dates and places we require service for which he confirmed. However, when we arrived to Delhi close to the end of our trip, he stated that we did not have a driver booked for that day although it was included in the reconfirmation email so please be careful with that.
Other than that, we had a good experience with our drivers.

We (extended family with 8 adults and 2 kids) did a custom tour with Jitender, visiting Varanasi, Ayodhya, Agra, Mathura, Delhi and Amritsar. While we had already booked flights and hotels, Jitender was able to provide us end-end road transport covering all our locations, tourist locations, tickets, shopping and all our needs. I contacted a bunch of apparently good conpanies but none of these was able to provide such flexibility like what Jitender could. Truly an outstanding exception already to begin with.
Everything during our tour was so seamless, meticulously planned and well coordinated that there was absolutely no stress or annoyance despite our hectic and short schedule.
Thanks to Jitender, his associates, staff and superbly maintained vehicles, we felt very comfortable throughout our tour and there was not a single day where we felt exhausted, even though we had seniors and little kids in the group. The chauffeurs and guides assigned to us were very experienced and took care of us personally by paying very close attention to our specific needs, our desired tour pace and our tastes. Another point: Jitender shared photos of all vehicles that would be allotted to us, many weeks upfront and in every case we were surprised about the vehicles matching the pictures 100%. So meticulous!
Jitender was always our central contact person during the trip and was available within minutes to help us out with any of our questions or with his suggestions. I have already shared his contact within my family and friends circles; and will certainly contact him on the next occasions.

From the initial contact many months before, all the way through to medical assistance being given (!) during the visit, the company (specifically the agent, Jitender) gave outstanding service.
With quick response times, Jitender provided flexibility and clarity from the start. Booking a bespoke tour from Delhi to Agra, with Driver and Guide and additional stop, was made easy - with associated pricing clear as well
Jitender met us at the airport himself as our driver was slightly delayed. He purchased refreshment for us, and answered our questions.
Our Guide in Agra, Jamal, met us upon arrival in the town in order to both ensure we were checked in to our hotel, and then explain the itinerary for the following day. Jamal was an agreeable, knowledgeable and welcoming Guide.
Unfortunately, I was taken ill whilst in Agra. Jitender kept in contact with me and was able to provide the address of the local hospital in order for me to access medical assistance.
I have no hesitation in recommending Go My Journey India. My experience was nothing but positive!

Delhi followed by Agra and Jaipur we had one driver Raksah who was a fab driver different guides in all the places, we saw such amazing things on this package tour we had 24 hour help if needed

We had an amazing time. Timings and itinerary all worked brilliantly and all the people we met were incredibly friendly. Our driver Vipan was great, nothing was too much trouble and he negotiated the Delhi traffic as calmly as he did the roads of Himachal Pradesh. All in all, a fabulous experience.

Go My Journey planned my Kashmir Trip in December 2024. The trip was amazing. We visited Srinagar, Sonamarg, Gulmarg, Doodhpathri and Pahalgam. We a had stay in all the hotels in which we stayed. The food was nice as well. The driver which we got was a very nice man, he was very respectful and caring. The car which we got in our trip was comfortable. In Kashmir we felt like we were in heaven. The views were so magnificient. Our trip was really enjoyable and memorable. Everytime when I vist India, it is 'Go My Journey' who organises my trip.
I will surely recommend this travel agency to any one who wants to explore different cities in India.

I have spent a lot of time in India. on business and bird-watching and I wanted to show some of India's delights to my 19-year-old granddaughter, currently an undergraduate, over a two+ week trip. We decided on a short visit to the Golden Triangle (Delhi, Agra, Jaipur), followed by a tiger reserve and a rhino reserve. My old Indian travel agent was no longer in business, so I turned to Trip Advisor to find one with a good reputation, I picked on three of these and asked for proposals. They were all acceptable, but the one from Go My Journey India was the most interesting, so I finalized the trip with them. We ended up with a couple of days in Delhi, one night in Agra, Fatehpur Sikri, a couple of nights in Jaipur, returning to Delhi via Nawalngar and Mandawa (both delightful), in time to catch an overnight sleeper train to Madhya Pradesh. There we visited the Bandhavgarh tiger reserve, staying at the gorgeous King's Lodge. Then we flew to Guwahati in Assam, principally to see the one-horned Asian Rhinoceros in the Kaziranga reserve. Finally back to Delhi for our flights home.
The trip was complicated, especially as my granddaughter and I travelled on different international flights, but had been expertly planned by Go My Journey India. Everywhere we went we were met on time by a careful English-speaking driver and a comfortable car. The hotels were all as I ordered, in the 4-5 star range. We had great guides everywhere we went. I was sure something would go wrong, somewhere, but nothing ever did!
A thoroughly enyoyable trip and I would strongly recommend Go My Jounrey.

Go my journey is the most conveninent and quick travel agent we have got. Mr Jitender is very responsive and replies to all emails with details. Also we had got a very friendly driver Mr Ram and many friendly guides which made our trip easier and enjoyable.

Wow, we are so impressed with Jitender and his company. I worked with Jitender for about 12 months to design a private Tour of the areas we wanted to visit. We spent a month visiting Delhi, Rajasthan, Agra, Varanasi, Meghalaya & Goa.
We had an amazing driver & tour guide in all the areas they were needed.
We only needed a driver in our last 2 destinations.
Nothing was too much to ask. Everything about our Indian experience was fabulous and we can’t wait to go again. We always felt safe & everything was organised brilliantly.
I can’t thank Jitender enough.

Thank so so much for an amazing journey. From the organisation of a bespoke trip with added train journeys and cooking experiences the trip was fantastic.
Jitender met us at our first hotel with all the tickets and vouchers for the whole trip and Vipan our star driver was with us from start to finish. All round trip of a lifetime and too many memories to mention.
