Srinagar's pristine Dal Lake was our first stop, and our stay on a luxurious houseboat was a dream come true. The tranquil waters, the picturesque surroundings, and the shikara rides added a touch of magic to our days. ARV Holidays arranged for a private candlelit dinner on the houseboat's deck, with the vibrant hues of the setting sun and the reflections on the lake creating an incredibly romantic ambiance.

Hi All,
I have booked Family Vacation Trip thru ARV Holidays Travel Agency (Nov 2021). We consisted of 4 adults and 1 kid(3y old). It was total 7N8D days trip where in we covered shimla,manali, delhi and agra.
The hotel details are:
1) Shimla: Hotel Google Inn
>> Very good location and spacious rooms.
>> The breakfast and dinner buffet is good.
>> The staff is good and polite.
2) Manali: Hotel Woodstock Inn
>> 1-2km away from Mall road, Manali.
>> The staff is polite and really helpful by nature.
>> The breakfast and dinner buffet was too good.
>> The special occasion arrangement made are really fantastic.
3) Delhi: Hotel good times.
>> Really nice hotel with spacious rooms.
>> All modern amenities provided.
>> special thanks to staff for arranging breakfast and dinner on-time (though we asked in early morning check-in time)
Last but not least, Special thanks to Arun (from ARV holidays) for making trip decision hassle free and guiding us at each step of tour (Flights + Land package). He provided genuine package deals on Flights + Land package. He suggested good place for family tour.
Throughout the tour, The cab drivers provided were really nice and know the route very well. They are good at explaining the importance of tourist place at each site.
I appreciate efforts made by Arun for making our tour more memorable. Definitely I would recommend this Travel agency for my future tours and also to my family & friends.

From the moment we arrived in Rajasthan, it was clear that Arv Holidays was dedicated to ensuring our trip was nothing short of spectacular. They introduced us to a unique concept called "Royal Rajasthan Odyssey," an approach designed to immerse us in the rich heritage of the state. We were treated to a warm traditional welcome at our first stop in Jaipur, setting the tone for a royal experience.

Lost all my hard earned money 2 years back. Have been constantly following the owner for refund but he is not doing anything about it. Asked me to delete all negative comments and reviews from social media and said that after that refund will be initiated.this is how he's doing business. I advise that no one Eversholt ever fall in their trap. I wish I could give negative ratings. I think they're forcing people to do the same to increase their rating

Overall trip was good as per package. Giving 4 star as hotel was changed in Jaipur which was not a good experience.
Positives
1. Trip was as per plan.
2. Driver was punctual, quite professional.
3. As per trip plan, maximum spots are covered.
4. Regular feedback and follow up taken about the trip progress.
Negatives.
1. Jaipur hotel was not provided as per commitment. The hotel given was below average.
2. Driver was not given the same iternary. Example Driver didn’t knew the drop off is back to Delhi (though no concerns raised by driver).
3. Boondi and step well not covered. Understand from driver that it is about 180km in other direction.
Feedback to Improve
1. More communication with customer before the trip. Example : Reminder emails about upcoming trip.
2. Hotel must be reserved. No change in hotel during the trip.
3. Step well and Boondi to be removed from package if it can not be covered.

1. Jaipur hotel was not provided as per commitment. The hotel given was below average.
As you know the hotel had to change at very last minute due to the situation in Rajasthan against CAA protest and it was done after your approval only. Still we had provided you the similar category 4 star hotels. We have updated hotel also about your experience.
2. Driver was not given the same iternary. Example Driver didn’t knew the drop off is back to Delhi (though no concerns raised by driver).
Driver had the same itinerary, we did not receive the return flight details from you earlier, so we were thinking you will fly back to Mumbai from Jaipur rather then coming back to Delhi by car and take flight from Delhi. Jaipur has many direct flight options to Mumbai with same or less price then Delhi.
But when you asked the driver for Delhi drop, he followed your instruction and dropped you to Delhi airport.
3. Boondi and step well not covered. Understand from driver that it is about 180km in other direction.
Boondi was not a part of the itinerary of Golden Triangle. So it was not covered in package.
Feedback to Improve
1. More communication with customer before the trip. Example : Reminder emails about upcoming trip.

2. Hotel must be reserved. No change in hotel during the trip.
All hotels are booked immediately after getting guest confirmation and accordingly confirmation of bookings is given to all guest by email. Once bookings are done no changes are done in any hotel except when there is some natural clamities or any political issues in that place, so we have to make some changes keeping guest security in mind. In that case also we provide either similar or higher category of hotel without any extra cost to guest. In Delhi you booking was done at Hotel Jivitesh which is 4 star and due to CAA protest and keeping your away from crowded area, we booked you to Holiday Inn a 5 star hotel without any extra cost to you. Provided upgraded hotel in Delhi.
3. Step well and Boondi to be removed from package if it can not be covered.
Boondi was never a part of your Golden triangle itinerary.

Overall the trip was very good! We did the Agra and Rajasthan package. We had some minor hiccups; change in hotel for one of the destinations and were given an alternative hotel ( same star rating) but overall smooth. Arun was responsive throughout the trip.

As explained earlier that due to protest in Delhi and some other cities of India against CAA, we had to change some hotels for the guest security. But we never compromised with services and offered you the same category hotel with better location. In Udaipur we offered you Lalit Laxmi Vilas, which is a lovely 5 star star property and famous for its world class hospitality.

recently had the pleasure to visit Maldives. ARV Holidays helped us choose the best family resort. They even completed our documentation and provided us with all the baby’s amenities. They always give a quick response. Thanks ARV Holidays for making us choose Siyam world in Maldives. It was an exquisite experience with my ten months old.

It was nice arrangements by the hotel. Food and amenities were good. A comfortable way to explore the place, smooth & timely pick-up from my place, a very nice car with a professional driver. It was an excellent experience and a memorable time we had in Himachal Thanks to ARV Travels for the great trip they planned for us they are such a nice trip planner.
