Tour of spectacular Himachal in Nov 2024

We (two of my friends and myself) booked a 9 day tour of the spectacular Himachal with GeTS Holidays with the wonderful Ms. Anu Seth as our tour coordinator in November 2024. We we were traveling from Sri Lanka and the tour package had to be catered to accommodate our specific requirements of being in Manali on a specific date. This process was made very easy by Anu and her team and we barely had any issues with this. We arrived in Delhi and was taken care of from the pickup at the airport to drop off and checking in at the first hotel in Delhi. Our tour package was traveling through Shimla, Manali and Chandigarh. The tour was with a chauffeur and a comfortable vehicle considering we were traveling for 8/9 hours between destinations. Our chauffeur Vikram was a decent, well mannered person with a pleasant demeanor which made the hours of driving through unknown places tolerable and enjoyable. Our hotel checkin and check out processes were super hassle free and the 4 out of the 5 rooms we stayed in throughout the trip were extremely nice and met expectations. Although there was an unpleasant experience with one of the rooms (the first room), the team at GeTS Holidays made every effort to rectify this and the rest of our tour was extremely pleasant. All in all this tour was a great success and made even better with the effort and commitment of Anu and Azhar in making it all hassle free, enjoyable and memorable. I will highly recommend GeTS Holidays to people I know who are interested in traveling to India and having these trips organized in a safe and comfortable way.

Southern India Temple Tour

Start to finish a great tour organised by Mr Azhar and Mr Santosh. Our driver Mr Zakir was waiting for us at Chennai airport when we arrived. The 17 days was a trip through history. We visited beautiful Hindu temples, Christian churches and basilica and a synagogue in Kochi. The boat trip in Kerala was good, we had the whole boat to ourselves and the crew. The tour of the spice garden was very informative and enlightening. We paid to have a local guide at each of the places we visited, their knowledge was spot on and it was so worth doing. The Kathakali dance was picturesque but for westerners like it's a bit hard to understand. The martial arts show we saw was the best 300 rupees I've spent in India.
We paid for breakfasts a part of our tour but local food and drink was tasty with local choices. I like a beer but it wasn't always available in Kerala, any tuk tuk driver will take you to the local government outlet to buy it.
Hotels varied from 5 star to what we'd class as 2 at best, but all were clean.
Our driver was a great guy and we felt very safe, he arranged extra visits to a tea plantation, grape plantation [non alcoholic wine only] and stopped whenever we saw anything that caught our attention.
We had a 5 day beach break at the end at Turtle Beach resort which on reflection was too long, there is nothing around it, no bars on site and only the one restaurant.
My top tip would be if you do this tour from Europe arrange to fly home direct to a hub like Dubai from Kochi airport. We flew back to Chennai which was a mistake on our part.
GeTs Holidays is a good reputable company and we recommend it. You'll transfer your payment in dollars to their bank in Delhi. It seemed strange in this world of card payments but it works perfectly and safely.
This is our second tour with this company, a great experience each time.

23 Day Cultural/Wildlife Tour

My husband and I recently completed a 23-day trip in India organised by Deepak from Gets Holidays. We covered a lot of ground, visiting four Wildlife Parks (Panna, Bandhavgarh, Kasha and Peach) and the cultural cities of Agra, Mumbai, Udaipur, Jodhpur and Jaipur.  From our initial contact with Gets Holidays we have been impressed with Deepak’s communications. Any little niggles we had along the way we have been able to contact him and sort things out. 
Our drivers and guides were excellent and took good care of us from the start of the tour to the very end. The driver we had for the Wildlife section of the trip made sure the transfers went smoothly on all 12 of the safari trips we did. Yes, we saw tigers in every wildlife park we visited. 
Most of the hotels and lodges Deepak recommended were of excellent standard. 
 We highly recommend Gets Holidays for touring India.

FOUR FRIENDS INCREDIBLE INDIA HOLIDAY

We Four Friends from Leicester, U.K had booked 19 nights (20 days) Incredible India Tour with GeTs Holidays from 02nd February till 22nd February 2025

Our entire tour of 20 days was just out of this world. We all had once in a lifetime experience. Each day of our entire holiday has gone in our memory lane. The most beautiful places and destinations those which we visited included
Delhi, Ayodhya, Varanasi, Srinagar, Gulmarg, Amritsar, Dharamshala, Manali, Shimla, Rishikesh and Haridwar

We had visited most of these places for the very first time. We loved their uniqueness, extraordinaryness and beauty. We were mesmerised by each place we visited

All of the hotels those were booked by GetsHolidays were superb and met our expectations to the fullest. The service rendered by all of the staff at each hotel was extraordinary. The food was varied and delicious

We had 3 internal flights and road journey by car. All of the drivers were polite, friendly and accommodating. Our special thanks to Ankush, our driver from Amritsar till Delhi. Ankush was a gentleman and looked after us all extremely well

Our wholesome and wholehearted gratitude to Azhar and Nishant who organised the whole trip for us all. They took due care of us.

Azhar was always available for any kind of help and/or assistance. He always kept us updated each day of our itinerary. Both Azhar and Nishant are great asset to GetsHolidays. We did not encounter a single hiccup

We will definitely recommend GetsHolidays to all of our friends and families in United Kingdom. We will definitely have a come back with GetsHolidays for our next India holiday.

All in all a very fruitful and memorable holiday for all of us

We were 2 couples, we toured Rajasthan with the addition of Delhi, Agra and Varanasi. Mr. Santosh and Mr. Azhar, on the basis of our requests (we discussed repeatedly via email and via whatsapp), have organized an almost perfect tour with local guides (particular mention to Mr. Bovani in Jodhpur, very good) and the super driver Mr. Rajesh who accompanied us throughout the tour. We also had a chat on whatsapp through which we always stayed in touch with them, ready to intervene for any of our needs or requirements always ready to change, at our request, some details of our holiday. We were, therefore, very satisfied with their organization and would not hesitate to recommend it to those who want to visit their beautiful country.

Agra & Rajastan, Northern India in 10 days

We booked our recent trip to India through GETS Holidays, via our travel agent in Australia. The whole team at GETS were wonderful, especially Anu S. who was patient and helpful in the planning stages, suggesting an itinerary for us and recommending hotels for us to chose from.

Once we were in India, Debasish B. was our point of contact throughout the tour, always available for questions, and checking in with us to make sure everything was going well. The tour was incredibly well planned, and everything ran like clockwork and we had no issues. We had a lovely driver, Gudu, for our 10 days, and then met with very friendly and well-informed guides in each city. The guides really made it more interesting to be able to talk to people who were local, and had a great knowledgle of their local history and culture and were happy to answer all our curious questions. Without a guide, we would have missed so much.

Visiting the Taj Mahal was obviously a highlight for us, but our favorite cities were Jodhpur and Udaipur. Our accommodation was wonderful - particularly staying in a traditional Haveli in Jaipur, and also the beautiful garden setting of our accommodation in Jodhpur.

This was our first trip to India and we would definitely recommend GETS to our friends

Extraordinary trip. Unbeatable service

We hired the 10-day tour from Spain with the idea of ​​visiting Delhi and Rajasthan.
From the beginning and by WhatsApp we contacted Deepak, and everything has been perfect. He designed the trip to suit us, they did all the procedures, with local guides who spoke perfect Spanish. He provided a driver for us who could not have been more friendly , serious, willing to do everything possible to make the trip unforgettable, Ravinka.

This « Best of Kerala » guided tour was a lot of fun! We were travelling with Mr Vinod as a driver, who I strongly recommend. Mr Vinod was always happy to help , answer questions, and tailor the experience to our needs and interests. The tour went by very fast, proving how much fun we had. It would just be even better to precisely indicateur which activities are included in the overall price, and for the élective ones, to give an estimate of the additional costs.

Maha Kumbh Mela, the world's largest peaceful gathering on the Hindu festival that is repeated every 12 years, is not an easy trip to organize. We were looking for a local agency that had experience of this event, we relied on Gets Holidays and did well. Meanwhile, we wanted a tour that would allow us to avoid the Rajasthan we already knew, to visit the temple complex of Kajuraho, the medieval town of Orcha, the tiger park of Panna and end up in Varanasi: in short, a special tour. The tour was planned with the assistance of the team of Gets Travel and played out like clockworks. we were taken card of the moment we reach our first destination at Jaipur being picked up by and dropped of with a representative from their office.
from Jaipur we went to New Delhi then to Kashmir. at every point we were being monitored and the whole tour went on as clockwork.
with this we had one of the best memories of India and its heritage.
I am normally very critical but in this case, nothing really to say but great work and thank you for everything.
