Located south east from Old Delhi, this building have a lot of history to be told. It is quite a distance from other major attractions.

Amazing site. A rare example of Indo-Afghan style of architecture at the height of its development. We can only regret that it is so badly and poorly preserved. Despite all the efforts of the authorities and "repair", the territory of the fortress looks empty and...More

A rather well preserved historic edifice. Very well kept lawns and open areas. Very clean. Be careful in choosing the guide. Parking is available at the Zoo parking, as the nearby areas have parking banned

Very nicely maintained place. The monuments, the walks, all the awesome. And not too many tourists here. If you are lucky, you might see a few peacocks running around.

This is a great spot to end a hot day in Delhi. The fort deserves at least an hour or two of exploration (a guide is not needed).

Mesmerizing Fort Complex with the palaces, water channels, the gates and the unique museum inside the complex. The musuem opens the world of Indus Valley Civiilization to us. Then there was the jaw dropping lazer show to open up the story of eight cities.
