    Absolutely recommend
Visited the Lodhi Gardens alone on a beautiful, sunny Saturday afternoon. Not only are the gardens beautiful with historic monuments scattered throughout but they have an incredible atmosphere. Lots of groups of people enjoying the open spaces, relaxing, dancing and enjoying themselves. Take a book, find a shady spot and enjoy this beautiful oasis.

Lovely park for a picnic or walk
We stopped at this park to see some local flowers and were surprised by the nice walking paths. There were also old structures to see which was very interesting. The park was large and weather just perfect for a quiet respite from the city.

    Highly recommend
I have been to Delhi 10+ times over the past 6 years. On my most recent trip I discovered Lodhi Garden and fell in love. It is a beautiful park with several tombs and historic sites inside. What I love is that it doesn’t feel like you are in Delhi. You cannot hear the hustle and bustle of the city. It is a quiet oasis. I went on a Saturday and it was not crowded at all.

Best Park in Delhi and Free with plenty to see
Lots of tombs to explore which are free to see and great for photos. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Delhi as a top site. Has some public toilets inside which have a small cost. Great ponds and excellent for wildlife. Beautiful fountains and small activities like stepping stones. Gardens are well kept and clean. Excellent place for a break from the busy streets of Delhi. Close to great shopping in khan market.

    Beautiful garden with historical significance
I didn’t expect much when I decided to visit the venue. It turned out to be amazing! First of all, there are so many animals! Birds and squirrels. The place is also very quiet and calming, perfect for a morning stroll. Second, it’s huge and so green. It’s a great escape from busy and polluted New Delhi. Third, it has historical aspects. You can find several tombs and mosques from the Lodhi Dynasty of the Delhi Sultanate. You can see its great architecture and how the sultanate influenced India today. Try to visit this place when you come to Delhi.

Careful about the morning fog in winter
I was probably there too early at 7.30am. It was very foggy / polluted yet people were running and doing yoga. Good if you want see a few old buildings, yet not the most impressive. Contrary to what I read in a few blogs, the tour can be done in 30-45min. No need 2h to see this place

Such a beautiful garden, like stepping back in time. I went early morning. Lovely walk on a cold day. Very peaceful at that time.

Beautiful gardens and a real escape from the Delhi buzz. The serenity is a joy and we were so glad we walked, enjoyed and relaxed in the gardens, which weren't that busy.

Super cool garden. Lots of monuments to see and some information near each one. It was easy to navigate because I had a photo of the plan I saw at the entry. Benches everywhere so you can rest at shadow and cool from the hot temperatures. There’s some water distributors around but I don’t know how they work. Nice to visit if you are in Delhi
