A site that brings all walks of life together. Full of life and laughter. Clean considering the crowd.

Good to look around the massive gate and see the Memorial to the dead. Some very smartly dressed officers were on parade. The street sellers can be a bit of an issue however

Like many memorials to the fallen it is sobering to visit and remember those who gave their lives for others. A splendid memorial perhaps not with the same sobriety as the Menin Gate in Ypres

Interesting structure, lots of crowds, but not really all that much to see. Watch your belongings, and be ready to be asked for selfies. Ours was a quick stop on the way to other places.

Mighty gate standing 42m high. Built in memory of 90,000 fallen Indian soldiers and seen from far away. A short vist is enough.
