Don't shy away from negotiating the price with the rickshaw driver, but don't take it too seriously either. Enjoy the ride, the crowd, the noise, the smells and, most importantly, the many near-death accidents you are likely to experience. So much fun ...

Guides are very good. There are plenty of them so they compete at being the best. Your hotel can book one for you. At the end of your tour, they usually take you to factory, warehouse, or premises where Indian goods are made... More

Good idea to have your own guide to get you to where the rickshaws are. We had his phone number and agreed when and where to get him. No need to book online or something as there are many of them waiting for some business... More
