At OHOT, we are committed to bringing new, offbeat places to trippers, and not just chase the same old. The brand has been in operation for over 7 years. Once international travel becomes normal again, the brand will expand trips to South America, Africa, Central Asia and Antarctica too.

Day 1 of Bhutan Hangover and trying to not zone out during my meetings with all the memories of my Bhutan trip! This trip was my first one where I totally went off my comfort zone of NOT doing the planning for my travel, my way. And, I totally can say that it feels good and relaxing if somebody does my level of planning for me to just sit back and enjoy my leisure trip. This was possible only because of OHOT group. Why OHOT!? Well, business toh saab karte hain, but OHOT spend karta hain apne team pe, they believe in their people, gets the best people out there to make that people chain who runs the whole show. I met one such OHOT team member- Mr. Iyer (Sarvesh) as a Trip Leader, for this trip (Bhutan March 2024). He himself being the tripper, pours out his own experience and turns those as learning to be the Trip Leader. That said, I saw him as a motivator throughout the trip, any time anywhere, energy goes down for any of we 18 tripper, he will act as Glucon-D, his caring nature (breakfast kar lena saab; mera saar dard kar raha hai main jaa raha hoon shone but stays back to make sure everybody eats dinner before they retire after the hectic road travel), ways to have fun – be it being a classic traveler doing sightseeing, or a Gen Z traveler who would want to see the night life and party scene of a foreign land. This trip was a complete package for me, with perfect plan of transportation, stay, food and local hangout places. And above all these, travelling for the first time with total strangers to make so much of bonding in just 7 days that departing was a painful one, to cry when leaving from the airport to home. I am already planning for my next trip with OHOT whenever my vacation leaves permit, and mainly for the ones which Mr. Iyer is going to lead! 😊

I never imagined a Solo trip would make me emotional in the end. day 1 at work was difficult to start as i was still lost in the OHOT experience of Bhutan. Loved every bit of it. Few glitches here and there but can be ignored as the trip was with like minded people. As i was the oldest of the group i had to share a room with the Trip leader himself Sarvesh :D he is an amazing trip leader with an amazing dimple smile. @sarvesh should have kept the beard :D. I dont want o make things long with too many feedbacks and improvements, for me they are none. A totally planned trip with unplanned minds is what i would look forward to again with this team. If everything goes well, i would love to go again with the same troop. My emotions were expressed in the group chat like this, no i was not drunk "Bangalore me booz, Dilli ki dosti, Mumbai ki Masti, Lucknow ka tajurba, Rajasthan ki rangeeniya, Pune ki polgi aur Hyderabad ka hungama yeh sab iss trip me mile mujhe Jo har subha breakfast table me chabate hue milte the. Safar kabhi sunsaan na tha lekin sunehra zaroor bana. Shayad Bhutan ke sunheri vadi se zyada in sunhere pal ki lat lag gayi hai. Is lat me kahaniya bani, kuch hase, kuch roye... lekin maza bada aaya. Jo bhi ho doston, hum is chote se kahani me ek chulbul sapna simat liye. Kabhi Bangalore aaye ga, jaam takrayenge, kahaniya dohrange, kandho par haat rakh ke, dosti ki shaan badayenge"

One of the best trips that I have been on, Loved the vibe of it, all the Tour members were also great, our tour leader was also always high on energy and have some great memories to cherish for a long time.

Although there was some feedback that would like to share –

One of the major concerns was timing throughout the trip, every day we started our day at least 45 to 55 mins later then the announced time which was ok for the first couple of days but then it started getting frustrating for the people who got up early and were on time and then they had to wait and waste their important morning time meaninglessly and the Tour manager also did not take any adequate steps to control this.

Because we started our day late, there were instance that towards the end of the day we did not have enough time to complete the site seeing for the day and we had to shift that to the next day ultimately making the next day also too hectic and then compromising on our possible free time to explore the city on our own.

The day we had our optional activity of Rafting, 6 people out of 17 went for the activity rest were forced to wait on the beach for almost 2.5 hours unnecessarily wasting our entire day, after spending 30 min on the beach bus could have dropped us at the hotel and came back to pick the people doing the activity which is an ideal practice to follow, again taking away the important time from us to explore the town due to lack of planning and starting the day 45 to 55 mins late.

Breakfast except for 1 or 2 days was not really good, something that OHOT team can look to work on

Paro Hotel location not ideal, too much out of the market area again not allowing us to explore the town on our own

Bus was a little congested since some of the seats did not allow you to rest you legs down and the leg room was not adequate, for short journey its manageable but for long journeys it’s a nightmare.

Paro Archery activity, we were looking forward to this activity, but this activity also did not happen and was not even mentioned for and we didn’t really get a chance to participate in this Bhutan’s National activity wearing the Bhutans national clothes and shooting arrows, I am guessing we didn’t have enough time since we started our day 45 to 55 mins late and in site seeing also, we didn’t have a fixed time to return back to the bus.

All the time that we spent in the Bus playing games and bonding with each other and clicking pictures and making reels etc was great.

Sarvesh did a great job in making sure everyone was involved and everyone had a great time.

Going out for Dinners and Parties in Thimphu and Jam session we had in Garuda Café and the games we played in our rooms were one of the highlights of the tour, a totally different experience

These experiences are the reason I would recommend OHOT to my friends too and I will also be looking forward to joining future trips with OHOT.

Rishikesh is one such place where you can not only explore the daring adventures but also find our soul in the calmness and activate your taste bud by having yummiest Veg food anywhere in the city.

And not to miss, with our OHOT trip leader- Aru, it's cherry on the cake. She is such an amazing person who ensured the trip is full of entertainment and wonderful memories. From crazy night outs- full of games n Masti to daring ideas and dance dhamaka, you made it all super duper hit.
3 cheers to our trip leader- Aru hip hip hurray!

When you are on the edge to go or not to go on a Solo trip and finally when you take the plunge and gather the courage to go to a first solo trip of your life. The thoughts are galore. Whether the trip is going to be amazing or not or whether it will be a complete waste of time and money.
To be very honest, it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life.
"On His Own Trip" had managed everything. There operations team took care of everything. In the trip leader, I had found a friend, a sister and a mentor. Thank you so much Aaroo Di for making my trip so memorable. You are the best.
I came back solo but I am leaving with 7 lifetime friends and alot of memories.

The trip leader entertained us and guided throughout the trip even though she was not in perfect health. Her dedication to making sure that we get through every day and night with a lot of fun and bonding, rather than just doing touristy things, is what made this trip really special. We also ended up just soaking in the place through long walks and serendipitious plans. Highly recommended!

We recently did a trip with OHOT and it was an amazing experience...Our trip leader, Captain Neeraj was exceptional throughout the trip making sure everyone carries a box full of awesome memories back with them. OHOT curated it so well that we never felt like we were travelling with a bunch of strangers. The trip was a perfect mix of adventure, fun and chill vibes.
So, if you are someone who wants to experience places in a fun and amazing way, we'd recommend you to definitely explore trips with OHOT.

There are very few fortunate souls in this world that get to spread joy and happiness among people. Capitan Nero and OHOT are among them.

They go over and above than just managing the trip itinerary professionally with good arrangements. There is a genuine focus on creating memories ranging from silly stories and breathtaking views to genuine human connection and life-altering experiences. These were just the few range of emotions I felt on my trip with OHOT to Andaman.

If you are looking to unwind from daily lives or continue your epic travel story, I would genuinely recommend people to give OHOT a try over cookie cutter itineraries offered by other travel companies.

Keep spreading joy OHOT and Nero!
