It was my first time but thanks to super awesome trainners they were so helpful so I enjoyed this activity without any scratches or injury. You can visit this place by metro metro station is very close to this place also you can visit by cab or car as there is enough parking space, all 7 days open but check timing for sure, First do entry at the main gate and then if you are first timer then you need to fill a form. Charges is 300 and it's for all day no additional charges.

I was amazed at the excellent sport climbing wall at IMF. The library is really awesome with a host of books about mountaineering and the Tenzing museum is just amazing. It has real artifacts from many Everest expeditions and also houses the theodolite that was used to measure the height of Everest originally.
