Impossible to find if your a European, all the shops will try to rip you off and I never saw the bus, anywhere. If you ask in the street everyone will take you to a rip off place, just forget it, also even booking online its double for non Indians. A tourist card on the metro (covers busses too) is... More

1.Very bad experience. 2.They pick up the passengers, drop the tourist at place the tourists want to visit and tell them to visit on their own. 3.No guide provided to explain the tourist place. 4. Each consecutive bus is available after 40 minutes. If tourist visited the place in 20 min, he has to wait for another bus and no... More

It was more annoying than enjoying: no credit card accepted, no change if you give cash (customers who want to spend money on tickets are considered disturbing the staff), no head phones, almost no explanations, stops were changed, map was outdated (other stops as on map), some stops (like Lotus temple) not even along the route anymore, driver stopped the... Friendly and helpful stuff. Strange and uncomfortable bus schedule. Covers most of the city's POIs. As a foreigner you pay double price. You will spend half a day just riding from one point to another, depending on the bus schedule and having either too much or not enough time to see the places you want to see. Next time i... More

Dear Sir, First and foremost we thank you for the feedback. Regarding the accent we will surely re-look into it and train our people to suit our international guests. We also have deployed GPS enabled English audio commentary for the benefit of our International guests. Further regarding the schedule we maintain a 40 minutes frequency across 20 destinations. However, due... More

We were a group of 25 people who went on the Ho Ho trip ( 15 kids ). It is definitely a great way to see the Delhi heritage and museums with no parking tensions in mind. Also it allows you to cover more places in a single day. However, there is always a scope of improvement. I have a... More

I booked for a two-day tour on HOHO Delhi, and I was able to cover most of the stops. The buses were quite punctual except for the one time when the second last bus failed to show up at the Red Fort. The staff were very helpful, accommodating and nice. However, some printed information about the places stopped at should... More
