We were looking for car ride for Delhi, Agra and Jaipur tourism trip. one of my friend had suggested Ravi Kumar who helped us a lot in initial planning but he could not drive us at the last minute due to health issues. He still stayed in touch and helped us a lot with Ranthambore tiger safari.
We were connected with Virender Shahi who over 7 days assisted us with our trip ne drove us around. He picked us up at Delhi airport and toured us around sites in all 3 cities. He suggested us guides to provide specific information but did not insist at all. We chose some and did not avail others.
Virender was very punctual and professional about his entire approach. His driving was very safe and maintained his Innovo Crysta very clean. Every day it looked brand new. His restaurant suggestions were excellent depending on our food preference and quantity, taste and service was good every where. He also suggested local shopping places and that experience was also pleasant where we were not getting undue pressure from anyone. We were satisfied with our purchases.
He accommodated our additions to the itinerary like Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary and used his sphere of influence to get us a ride and a guide.
Virender was knowledgeable and had connections in the area whom he would utilize to seek needed information from time to time. He knows this area very well.
Overall we had a great experience in this trip and will recommend Virender Shahi again.

Viru was an excellent driver and guide. He was kind, professional, and most importantly a very safe driver. My family and I are very grateful for his kindness and safety while in India!

We had a fantastic 2 weeks in India as a family. Our driver Viru was such a good caring man that made us feel very safe at all times. We all enjoyed the travels and the guides - but Viru made our trip a very happy wonderful time. He is a gentleman. Would recommend to all

I would like to give a shout out to our driver in India, Mr. Virendra Shahi (Viru). They say you need 3 things to be able to drive in India: a good horn, good brakes, and good luck! Viru did a great job navigating in this challenging environment and was always on time, courteous and fun to be with. Thanks, Viru!

I am a single woman from the US and was really excited for my tour of the Golden Triangle! I was blown away by the professionalism of Viru and the incredible service he provided. He was great at providing suggestions of where to visit, to eat, and was very attentive to my requests. His driving was exemplary (traffic in India can be a bit overwhelming), the car was spacious and comfortable, and his navigation was great! On top of all that, he is a funny and kind human! I would recommend his services to anyone that is traveling to India - with friends, family or just alone!

We received a remarkable service. We enjoyed either the plan of the tour than the ability and the experience of the driver: Parveen was very friendly, always present at our needs but never intrusive and Spoke a very good english.Children loved him so Much! He was able to suggest us a different itinerary when we were forced to chanhe our original Plan,due to kerala flood. A very nice experience, Indeed!

The trip was challenging, especially with a family comprising of my wife and seven-year-old daughter. Constant communication and good supervision was needed. Priyanka from Make My Vacation was very efficient and always available. However, the drivers assigned to us were disappointing. Case in point-Driver Ramesh. He was ok in Jaipur and Agra as these were places he has frequented, but he took no responsibility in the situation where anyplace or any aspect was unfamiliar or not to his comfort. He let us down badly on our journey from Agra to Varanasi as he had no idea of that area and place. He had a lackadaisical and defensive attitude and as a result, an 8-hour journey was completed in 12-hours! He blamed google and me for everything! Lol. We did not want to engage him during our stay in Varanasi. Priyanka was very cooperative and understanding. She sent Ramesh back to Delhi and gave us a replacement driver for our airport drop.I would strongly recommend Make my vacations to hire better drivers who are local a have a sense of responsibility. Otherwise it was a well organised and memorable vacation for us.
