What an amazing experience we have had with Prime India Travels. I wanted to do the three city triangle in 5 days. Once I sent the itinerary over, the quote arrived in an hour. So, although the price point is in the middle their reviews made me go for this company. Speaking from experience, when I did a tour of 5 nights in the South of India in April this year, the agency we went with, their driver was cheeky and didn’t want to deliver on the promise so we had to miss certain locations which I wasn’t happy about. On the day of arrival the car arrived at the airport, squeaky clean and as agreed a 7 seater so we can travel in comfort. The next 5 days, we had a really great experience covering all monuments in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur with the guides that were prearranged for us by the Prime Travels which was already in the quoted price. We tipped the guides depending on the guides were all equally good and without a squabble they accepted the tip that was given to them at the end. The guides gave us good advice on keeping our belonging safe, avoiding people and street sellers near the tourist attractions. The guides also assisted us with pre booking tickets to the attractions so we ended up finishing the tours quickly while I could see others stuck in the line for age’s especially at Taj Mahal. At one point, I thought of self drive but I’m glad I didn’t. It comes with its risk damage to the car paintwork, fines, accidents, breakdowns and others to name a few. Plus if you are driving you need to know exactly where to stop, what route to take, which guide to book, which sites to cover first at what time in the day etc and after your drive of 3 to 5 hours you also need to have energy to go visit the places, find parking. If you are thinking of going down this route then please don’t. You won’t be able cover more than two attractions otherwise, unless you have mapped out the entire process end to end. Also, my final recommendation is that you start your day at 5 or 6 in the morning and be on time so you can make the most out of your holidays. For stay use Booking.com to pre book your travel as per your taste, preference and budget. All in all highly recommend Prime India Travels over and beyond to anyone who wants to make the most of their holidays.

Our experience with Prime India Travel was amazing and I wish I can leave a 10 star review. We would recommend them to everyone who is looking for a reliable and responsible driver. We are from Mexico and it was our first time visiting India. Our driver Irshad Khan did an amazing job and made our stay so much better. From the minute he picked us up from the airport we knew we were in good hands. He was very polite, very responsible and always on time. He looked out for us at all times and made sure we were ok and felt safe. Irshad always followed our itinerary and we were even able to add more of his recommendations to our trip. The service was amazing. We have driver for 5 days Irshad, very polite and professional driver we liked him very much. We went from Jaipur to Agra and then Delhi, the tour also included guide which we had in Jaipur and Agra. Sometimes the guide will try to convince you to do some shopping but you can do your own schedule and they don't hurry you to visit the places. Overall the experience was awesome I recommend getting this tour since it was safe and professional.

We are a family of seven, ranging in ages from 11 to 50+, so he had a lot of different people to care for. He was amazing. He anticipated every need, prepared every detail and faced every day with patience, enthusiasm and grace. Excellent private tour. Our guide & Driver (Irshad Khan) was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us a fantastic tour of Rajasthan and Delhi for ten days. This was our second trip to India and all thanks to Almighty and the company, that we have been blessed with such a companion like Irshaad khan, throughout the long 12 day trip. First of all, i would like to mention about his driving skill which is really smooth and caring. We have never noticed any kind of roughness in his driving. Indeed, he is a very Down to earth type person, who not only drives you here and there, even Guides you from his own knowledge so that you can enjoy a hassle free vacation. He is such a humble and kind soul. We were lucky to have him as our companion.

Surya was an excellent guide! He is very knowledgeable and has great connections. He took us to some amazing spots that we hadn't previously considered and introduced us to amazing local food and shopping. He was great at accommodating the kids in the group and even took them kite flying! I'd definitely recommend him to others visiting India.
