I booked a tour with a company called Perfect Holiday India, Connaught Pkace Delhi. They booked hotels with a driver for the Delhi, agra, jaipur triangle. I was shown a number of hotels and was told they cost between £48 and £98 per night. Upon arrival the hotels said they only charge £17 per night. I demanded a refund from the company which they verbally promised but refused to put in writing saying they would discuss after the tour. This gas totally ruined my holiday and I advise that people never use this company

Hello.
Really bad experience. Pls if you want go for a trip, stay away from this travel agency - they are cheaters! We overpaid for the trip almost 200$ than regular price for such a service. The real invoice has not been issued. We left a comment on Google but the agency Perfect Holiday India replied that we never traveled with them. NOT RECOMMEND!!!

It was our first trip to kashmir. It was the best experience with your trvael agency. We loved all the services provided by you people. it became a memorable trip of our life.

We have visited Valley of Kashmir in April 2021 through Perfect Holiday's.The arrangements made by owner Mr. Umar were simply mind-blowing.Very polite and humble helpful person.The choice of Hotels in Sonmarg, Pahalgam, Srinagar especially houseboat and the services were excellent. All hotels given are 3 star with spacious delux rooms.
One very important part what I want to share with you all guys is that the guide and driver which are provided by the company are very decent and they know each and every part of Kashmir valley and they guided us and as well as showed those places which I have never heard of or seen. Cab driver Mr. Bilal made our trip more enjoyable.
I would like to thank this tour company for making this trip the most memorable one.
If I ever visit this part of India again will definitely go with Perfect Holiday's.

Perfect Holiday Destinations were able to organise two cars for our group for a day trip to the Taj Mahal with very short notice (and even on their day off). Communication was great, and the whole experience professional and seamless. If you want a smooth and memorable holiday experience in India at a very competitive price, look no further.
