I visited India from December 16th to January 2nd starting my tour from Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Goa, Pune & again to Mumbai. I was very much impressed with the service & Hospitalty & was given VIP treatment from start to finish of my tour. All timings & promises were kept according to my contract signed. I would recommend this company to anyone traveling to India. Tour guide & our drivers were very knowledgeable of all the mentioned cities. To be honest I was impressed with the professionalism of the their staff. I am glad I choose this company.

I have used the travel agency for Indian inbound travel. They have arranged very good tiger safaris for me although i did know which parks i wanted to visit. There drivers were all very good. They keep in tough dayly by text. Highly recommended.

Indian Horizons organized an extensive trip for myself and my husband to India that was top-notch. We enjoyed the beauty and colors of the country and most especially the trip to the Himalayas. Indian Horizon's team were on every detail of our trip from the great itinerary, wonderful driver and great accommodations. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

When I requested a South India itinerary from Vivek he promptly responded with detailed list of activities that included visits to the numerous temples in Tamil Nadu. Many of the sites are on the UNESCO world heritage list. We eventually finalized an itinerary that also included Kerala and Sri Lanka. My wife and I recently completed this trip in September 2019. I cannot say enought about Vivek and his team for their efforts in making this trip the most enjoyable and educational experience. All the hotels, especially those in the Cottage class were beautiful with well appointed decor. The landscaping and manicured lawns on these properties was straight out of a Home and Garden magazine. It provided an extra level of comfort that an Indian Horizon representative contacted us almost daily to ensure that everything was going okay. A local representative in some of the towns we visited would also greet us and was available for any assistance we may need. The entire trip was a total success and a very enjoyable experience.

December was the only month where we all had holidays but had not planned a vacation or finalised any destination due to our busy schedules. At the last minute, Indian Horizon came to our rescue with fantastic deal for Andaman Island, which incidentally was the best amongst all the travel agents. Also, as I have had bad experience with some travel agents earlier due to wrong commitments this was washed away by these petiole and fortunately this time the person at Indian Horizon (Amit) provided all the documents, confirmations and contact details in advance and lived upto their commitments. Thanks Amit & Indian Horizons!

Indian Horizons (Flexi tours) has organized our trip to Rajasthan.
Their planning of the itinerary was exactly suitable for us. The people that were hired, starting from the personal driver, through the local guides were professional and serviceable and made our trip an exceptional experience. The hotels that we stayed at were very convenient. The places we saw and the attractions we attended really let us enjoy this Indian visit to the extreme. We highly recommend and most probably use their services in another visit.

Indian Horizons has organized my many trips to India and the quality of the tours, guides and drivers booked through them has been excellent. If I have any queries about places to stay or tours they are always available to help and guide me so that I have the best possible experience. Without their assistance I wouldn't have the wonderful memories that I have to take back home. It is a pleasure to work with them.
