It was our first experience in India and we decided to have a tour of Rajasthan. We relied on 9wHospitality for the organization, which from the first contact by email proved to be attentive to our requests.
We were met at the airport by Amit Chatterjee, a very kind and knowledgeable guy who explained to us how our tour would go, and every day he contacted us to find out if everything was going as planned and he was very attentive to our needs .
All the accommodation they choose for us, were really good and comfortable
In every city they made us find guides, very prepared and kind, who accompanied us in the visit of the various monuments.
Even our driver proved to be patient, kind and caring, instilling safety in the chaotic traffic of the cities we visited.
A note of appreciation to Amit, who helped us solve a small problem with the airline for the return flight.
For our next trip to India we will definitely rely on 9wHospitality.

I highly recommend 9W Hospitality. My tour was tailor made just for me to visit Sikkim and Darjeeling. Initially I wasn't sure I was going to get my visa in time but Kuldeep kept in touch and as soon as I had my visa he organised everything almost at the last minute! The tour process was slick from the airport to each hotel. My driver Kansar was excellent and looked after me for the week. His driving was amazing as we climbed steep and narrow roads, I felt completely safe!

The trip was well planned. Compliments to Kuldeep. He did his work with dedication and compassion. His expertise in the industry gave us the best options. Our driver Senthiel must be credited for going the extra mile in the execution of duty. He made our holiday very special.
I certainly recommend him.

Thanks to Kuldeep and team for outstanding and exceptional service during our tour . The caring nature of your team and attention to needs of travelers is indeed gratifying and serves to make for a memorable tour . Our friends who joined us on this tour were impressed . A very big thank you to Mansingh who drove us safely to all our destinations trough Sometimes very rugged roads , hills and vales. We really appreciate good service and attention to detail. We want to wish the company all the best for the 2020 travel season , sure with your caring and attention to needs of fellow travelers, you will see another successful year .

Special thanks to Mr.Amit the Karismarctic man ask him any thing about the destination hotel is full of Knowledge with in 10 mintues he explain us the tour hotel vehicle driver so on i am Quite impressed with this man 9w hospitality Coordination 10/10 .Thanks Dear Kuldeep for all your Arrangements we love the tour and all was smooth and easy . I want to give Amit 10/10 for his Knowledge & Coordination .from our side please tell Amit he is very good and helping men.next tour for sure 9w only.

They are responsive to all your queries before and during the trip. Mr kuldeep, my point of contact, ensured that the trip is a memorable . Everything was well organized ., to the sight seeing . The tour manager Mr.Amit was Extremely helpful every day he called us and took the feedback i called him mid night for one help regarding hotel he help me and he is polite and Responsible person. Exceptional service received from Kuldeep of 9W hospitality. Tour was custom made for my mum and her siblings in a short space of time. They tour was thoroughly enjoyed. Kuldeep ensured all was well,kept in contact with myself at any given time.

Very well organised from start to end. We were well taken care of from the time we landed till we departed.Our agent - Kuldeep, was always available to speak to and he was very attentive to our needs.
Mahesh hosted us in the Rajasthan tours and he was excellent. He was very accommodating and connected well with our family. He was very well aware of off peak times and managed our tour well in accordance.
The second host in Kerala was not so good. He ignored any requests we had and stuck to his times only. He did not have much customer service skill and his driving was not great.
All hotels were good and well organised in advance.
Vehicles were in good condition.
Some of our tours were unnecessary for the travel time it took to get there so it would have been good to have this advice upfront....but we should have checked the itinerary in thoroughly as well. This is our lesson to learn.
I would definitely recommend booking with 9W Hospitality.

It has been really fantastic experience. I travelled with my wife to kerala and used 9W for taking care of travel arrangements.
9W selected hotels and activities were awesome and highly recommended.
In future we will definately plan and recommend 9W Hospitality.
