We planned a trip to India for our family with Indivine Journeys, and it was the best experience ever! We have 4 young children (ages 3-9) and Indivine Journeys planned an amazing itinerary for us! They listened to our requests and supplemented our “must sees” with great family friendly activities. Indivine planned a fun filled desert adventure, visits to important monuments (Taj Mahal and Amber Fort), and a relaxing excursion to the backwaters and beaches of Kerala! The journey was so smooth! We had a driver and a private vehicle with us for the entirety of the trip, which made the experience seamless. Additionally, Indivine arranged for excellent tour guides to join us at every step of the journey. We really loved the experience and can’t recommend Indivine Journeys enough!

Our family trip to India (first time) really blew us away. I’ll need to get into it in some depth here to explain why…

Zaki booked all aspects of a six-person tour, with travelers in our group from age 23 to 67. We began in Delhi, and ventured on to Agra and Jaipur, hitting the highlights of the Golden Triangle (Taj Mahal, Red Fort, Amer Fort, Jaipur Palace, etc.). After a NYE gala at the hotel in Jaipur (included), we flew down to Chennai for our last stop, where we saw British colonial sites, the beaches, and the St. Thomas Cathedral. We then hopped our flight back to a Delhi connection headed back home to the USA.

Those are the basics, but here are the details that made Zaki's work so valuable:

Upon arrival in Delhi we were met at baggage claim by a kind and knowledgeable representative who was a recent university travel program graduate. We were provided with a professional folder with all our documentation for the trip (itinerary, vouchers, hotel reservations, etc.). We then boarded a private minibus which took us to a top-notch hotel for check-in.

After a wonderful breakfast at the hotel (included every day along the way), our representative returned and introduced us to our new driver and tour guide for the day. Entry fees to all sites were included. This process was repeated every day on the trip, so we were never without local assistance. When we flew domestically, they also assisted with tickets and check-in.

Of special importance to us was that we were able to make small changes to the itinerary along the way to visit family friends in Delhi and Chennai. Basically, the minibus was at our disposal for the allotted times. Indeed, we had a wonderful driver, Ajay, who was with us for most of the Golden Triangle, so we got to know him and enjoy that connection. The bus setup also allowed us to stop for local meals at our leisure, and do some shopping for Indian textiles, antiques and other crafts, each time with help from our guide.

My only real complaint was that the included wifi adapter for the bus never worked, so we had to rely on hotel wifi only. Also, some guidance on local tipping customs would be helpful, as we wound up very confused about that throughout the trip (we didn't know who was making what in the all-inclusive price?).

India is vibrant, loud, exciting place – and thus not an easy one to navigate with a larger group, especially on a first visit. This is true even if you are an experienced traveler. In sum, then, my review is that there is NO WAY we could not have pulled this off without Zaki and the assistance from the team that he arranged for us.

So, Namaste Zaki – your fine work for us was more than deserving of a 5-star review. We hope to call on you again someday for our next visit!

My parents went on this trip with me and my partner to Chennai, Madurai, Delhi, Agra, Amritsar, and Jaipur. It was their first time and I was so glad we engaged Indivine Journeys to arrange the trip. My parents were blown away with the 5 star hotels, the comfort of the coach and the level of personal service. I am truly lucky to have this gift of time with my parents, and it was made even more special by the efforts of Indivine Journeys.

Our travel agent, Zaki, booked our entire trip to India: Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, mumbai and Goa. All five stars hotels in every city was amazing. We had someone greet us at the airport, check us into our hotels, picking us up from hotel and taking us on our various daily tours at each city. Transpiration n driver was excellent!! Can’t ask for a better travel agent and excellent tour guides. He made our trip so special, so accommodating and so easy. I would highly recommend Indivine Journeys and Zaki as my travel agent. I recommend him to all my friends and family and when I visit India again, he will definitely be planning our next trip. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you very much Zaki for making our first trip to India amazing and my 82 years old mother had a great time too.
