I had a very good trip to Agra with Khera Tour,
Communication was done with Whatsupp and everything agreed was what happend,
My driver Charanjeev was waiting me at the hotel lobby as expected. All details about the car was given in advance. Charanjeev is a nice guy who drives safely. We chatted friendly about life and top politics with good sense of humor. I really liked my driver and the discussions we had.
I also booked a guide through Khera Tours. Ajay Dubey was really good tour. He gives you small details, you would never thought before. He is asking small 50 rupees tips from you, but he is is spending those to make your life/journey better. I got suspicious at first, but I saw him using them well. No worries about that.
I asked Khera Tours to organize a lunch for me. It was nice restaurant, but it made it perfect only because I had something common with the owner;)

I had an extremely pleasent experience with the services provided by the company. The owner was remarkably courteous during the journey. He recommended good places to grab a bite. Definitely recommend his services and would like to travel with him again.

"Terrible and Worst service,
Will never use this company again”.
The driver was very rude , Vulgar and made us feel outrageous and the car was very dirty.
"They never showed it, I had to take an expensive last minute taxi. Terrible communication from the company, the driver was speeding and driving recklessly. I felt very unsafe the entire trip."
"Charged me double the quoted price at the end of the ride.
Seems like a scam to rip off customers, Completely unreliable and wasted my time." Terrible maintenance of vehicles, tried to contact customer service multiple times and no one ever answered the phone. Impossible to get any help." unreliable service, rude & Quick-tempered drivers, poorly maintained vehicles, Deceitful & dishonest pricing, Terrible & pessimistic customer service/communication. companies failed to deliver on Reliable and Safe Basic Expectations.

Rajeev is a fantastic and trustworthy driver and guide. I have been to over 60 countries and I can truly say finding Rajeev in the chaos of India was so fortunate. I’ve now travelled with him a few times when in the north, recommended him to friends and entrusted him with my parents who he treated like family.

Booked a daytrip from Delhi to Taj Mahal. Both the agency and driver contacted me via Whatsapp and everything was agreed clearly before the trip.
Pick-up was on time from the hotel and even the change of the vehicle with it's register plate number was communicated in advance.
Driver Charanjeev was very polite and friendly and naturally spoke also fluent English. Driving was safe and smooth - I could even have a nap in the hectic traffic of Delhi.
Also necessary information about the entrance procedures and rules to Taj Mahal were given by Charanjeev.
Overall it was a very pleasant day and I can easily recommend this service to other travelers. :)

We spent two weeks driving through Rajasthan with Rajeev and it was amazing! Rajeev is very polite and friendly, he's a great driver and the car is comfortable and clean. He also is always in the right place at the right time. We had a joke that we just say his name and he would appear by magic!
Our trip wouldn't have been the same without Rajeev. Some of the highlights of our trip were places he recommended to us. Highly recommended to all travellers!

Best tour guide in the county. Rajeev took us to all the best places in India mainly northern part, he is very experienced and stayed with us all the way throughout the tour. He knows a lot of good places to visit and also good places to eat. I would highly recommend him if anyone is planing to tour India. He is more than just a tour guide as he has became part of our family friend. Be sure to book you're future tours with him as he is one of the best in the country.

I just completed a day trip with Rajeev to Taj Mahal and it was amazing. I highly recommend the trip and the driver Rajeev. He texted me the night before to ensure I had his number and he was prompt, friendly and looked out for my comfort and safety the entire day. From the moment he picked me up from the hotel until he dropped me off he pointed out areas of interest, explained the farm land and workers to me, ensured I ate and was hydrated for the long day and overall ensured i enjoyed my trip to India while I was with him. I would recommend Rajeev when visiting Delhi for a tour or for secure transportation around the city.
