Everything was perfect on this trip, again Mr Naveen was great for the organisation of this trip. Second time we are using Noble House Tours If I go back to India I will make sure to contact Mr. Naveen for my trip.

We visited during Dec-2019. We went to Delhi-Jaisalmer-Jaipur-Udaipur-Delhi. The pre-trip co-ordination was good but after landing, felt the day trips weren’t put together properly. The daily activity planning, timing of events and routes needs a lot of improvement. Having said that, they did book every hotel and had a driver and guide at all places. The operation seems to be outsourced to different people at each location and the service varies according to the folks at each place. Jaisalmer-Car+Driver+Guide was excellent. Jaipur- Car-Good. Guide-Average. Driver-Terrible. We had to go to a evening light show and a movie with our friends. The vehicle broke down in the middle of the road at 11pm on a day the Internet was shut in the whole city. We specifically asked for a better vehicle in the morning and they were penny pinching big time. This is what we mean by the whole operation is outsourced to local tours where I believe the quality depends on your luck. Udaipur- Guide- Very good. Car- Decent. One of the main issues with the whole trip was that in almost most of the places, the car was available only until 4 or 5pm and we had to struggle to get it extended for going out to dinner and evening events. I wish Mr.Naveen had clearly explained it. We had to call him at most locations and get it extended and he would scramble to call the local vendor and then get it done. It was a hassle that could have been avoided during my vacation. I want to specially thank Mr.Naveen & team for making arrangements for my mom to return to Banglore via door to door airport service. It really made our way back to US without worries. Overall, we had a very good time in India. My main suggestion for future trips and trippers would be to 1) Clarify day and evening trips along with car availability. 2) Better route planning, activities and restaurant suggestions in each location. 3) Tell the guides to stop wasting your time with shopping detours for their commission. Also, their lunch hotel recommendations sucked big time. Find your own lunch restaurants and pick your own activities before you leave. Considering the enormous complexity of hotels/flights/cars & guides in various locations within India, Noble house did 5-5 in Hotels & Flights booking, 3/5 in Cars and 2-5 in Guides. …

This is was 2nd time we booked with Noble House and Mr Naveen. 1st time in 2014. Everything was SUPER, starting with our flights from Lucknow to Kolkata, then to Kerala to visit Cochin, Munar, Kumarakon, Allepey, Varkala and back to Delhi. From 20nov to 14dec 2019..this was great..Transfers, hotels, visits, drivers, and WIFI all the way, which was very important for us from Canada. All accomodations were 4* and plus..very good service.. Would recommend this Agency to everybody.. Mr Naveen and his agent Avijit..always find the best for you..…
