We contacted India Taj Tours via WhatsApp for a private transport from Delhi to Taj Mahal. The response was quick and he said the vehicle will be as good as new. True to his words, we got a brand new SUV and the driver Sanjay Kumar is always smiling and very polite. We got a good price too and a free tour guide. The tour guide never asked us for a tip or insisted on going shopping. We are very pleased with using this tour company.

Excellent day trip from Delhi to agra Fort and Taj Mahal. We booked last minute and company was so helpful and even when we made a mistake with booking they contacted and amended it straight away. Tour guide Ankit was excellent had so much information and so fun and easy to get along with. Had a really positive experience from start to finish. Also has a lovely driver Rajeev who looked after us so well.5star all round.

We did a tour with Naresh of the Taj Mahal at sunrise, followed by Agra fort. He was fantastic. Very knowledgable, personable, and really took the time to take fantastic pictures of us. He then took us for breakfast afterwards. I would highly recommend doing a tour with Naresh.
We were also picked up in Delhi in a nice car and the experience has been easy and so much fun. Would happily do another tour with Naresh and this company.

It has been an excellent trip! It was my first time in India, so I was very excited to visit Taj Mahal. I didn’t know much history behind this place but thanks to the impressing knowledge of our guide -Danish I know now all interesting details!
Danish not only shared with us the amazing history of this place but also took the great photos of us (he is really an expert knowing the best spots for photos)!
Apart from visiting Taj Mahal, Danish showed us other interesting places in Agra. It was unforgettable day! Our tour guide Danish was exceptional. Really fun and knew his stuff, and made our experience special.
It has been the best trip ever - highly recommend to everyone!

Our group did this tour on Saturday March 7th. We took a private bus from our hotel in Delhi to Agra. The bus was slow and took almost twice as long as Google Maps estimated (4.5 hours whereas Google Maps said 2.25 hours).
The tour of the Taj Mahal was easy - the guide took care of all transportation and entrance. The lunch was also at good restaurant and included.
After lunch the guide heavily pushed shopping trips which we declined. We did make a stop at a Marble "factory" which ended up being a shopping trip in disguise. Afterward, the trip to Agra Fort was very average.
Finally, the price that we were charged was 5% higher than the price agreed upon in the e-mail and then when we tried to get an invoice from the company for the amount we did pay, we received no response.
In summary, I gave this tour one star for the Taj Mahal part and one star for the lunch. This tour lost stars due to pushing shopping heavily, charging higher than the agreed upon price, and the Agra Fort portion.

I wanted to reach out and apologize for the experience you had with our team. This is not typical of us and can assure you it wouldn't happen again. however, allow us to clarify a few points:
Our company follows a 'Block Chain Policy'. We are against Forced shopping, We took the necessary actions against the tour guide. I am sorry that you didn't enjoy the Agra Fort trip.
Regarding The Price We Charged 10%: We have already mentioned in the email that we charge 10 percent higher if you pay by card.
Regarding Invoice: When You Booked the tour it's already attached with your Tour Confirmation mail.
As it may be too late to reconcile, I wanted you to know that I've used your experience within our customer satisfaction process to be sure we don't make this mistake again.
We understand your issues and we apologize for the inconvenience. Hope you will understand!

I visited the Taj some years ago but with a colleague visiting for first time decided to take home one Saturday. An excellent service from Shekhar the driver and Raj a most informative and entertaining guide. A great way to visit Taj
