Travelled to Shimla and Manali through MakeMyTrip booking. The overall experience was fine but the driver didn’t know location of some of the places in Shimla itinerary which we had to Google and show him the way. Once in Manali, driver told us that the vehicle won’t go till Hadimba devi temple and we walked all the way to the temple only to see that many other vehicles had come there and there was a parking spot. The vehicle quality and driver behaviour was fine but the driver wasn’t properly informed about the location and tourist places. That made the experience slightly difficult. One other thing is that additional charges are very high. The MMT trip started from Delhi but when we asked to pick from Noida we were told it would cost us ₹2500. We booked an uber instead which cost us ₹450 but we had to change cars in Delhi. I would recommend that the drivers be made aware of the itinerary before going on the trip and the additional cost should be logical.

We booked Guruji travels to go around Delhi, Agra, Jaipur. Ravi Chauhan Ji ensure our vehicle was sent in time. Rinku the guide/driver was extremely patient in catering to our needs. His customer service is commendable. Coming from USA, we were looking for a reliable travel company and Guruji travels definitely met our requirement. They engaged guides at various sight seeing points. The guides literally wait for you at every destination, it was so convenient. Also, we left our laptops, valuables inside the vehicle and not a single thing lost including water bottles. Guides tends to make stops at local shopping and they tend to be a bit expensive, so use your judgement. Vehicle sent by Guruji didn't seem new but that didn't cause any major inconvenience.

We had planned for Manali and then we changed our location to Nainital and changed the vehicle from Tempo Traveler to Innova. They agreed to. That comfortably. The trip was really amazing, I would like to mention special Thanks to the driver Mr Neeraj. He was very skilled and polite and he agreed to us on our all plans. We started the trip 3 am in the morning, went to Bhimtal then made a day trip to Nainital and then next trip to Ranikhet. He was never sleepy or complaining and he was really good in driving across hills and highway. Highly recommended. It was one of the best experiences with driver in last so many years.
