Shafi planned a two and a half week trip for us, everything was amazingly organized! From picking up from the airport to the hotels and even calls from Shafi every few days to check that everything is okay. Very highly recommended!

Invicta Tours is an excellent travel agency. You must book your trip to India with Invicta Tours!
We had an incredible and amazing experience in our trip to India. Mr. Bilal Shafi made everything easy, he was always taking care of everything and always available before, during and after our trip. He was very flexible and gave us excellent alternatives of hotels to stay in, choosing the best accommodations. He also chose a great driver and book activities, everything for a perfect trip! Shafi is also knowledgeable, kind and helpful, the perfect host for the most amazing, unique and unforgettable trip to India!
During our trip in February 2023, we visited without any problem and having the most wonderful experience: Delhi, the Rajasthan and Varanasi.
Mr. Sanjay is an excellent, very skilled and knowledgeable driver. He knew how to get us everywhere and always came to pick us up with a clean and neat car, even providing us bottled water! He was also caring and helpful, respectfully giving us ideas of what to do and see, and taking us everywhere we asked. He also took care of every problem we had and solved it. He made our trip incredible!

I can divide my india trip into two parts as before and after Invicta tour. We made a North India tour for 2 months and most of these two months, Invicta was helping and guiding us through everything. They were always finding the best solutions for every problem we had. One time we were in the middle of nowhere and our bus was cancelled, we called them and 30 mins later, a car was there to pick us up!! Beside all of good qualities, services and tours (trekking, boat tours, city tours...etc.), their attitude towards us was always very friendly and attentive.. In a very big and crowded country like India, we always felt home and safe, thanks to Invicta.

We had travelled all India with Invicta tour. And when we are telling our 2 month india trip, this company is one of the first things we tell. First we had a boat house in Srinagar, which was amazing. Then we took a 5-day-trekking tour with ponies in Kashmir’s mountains, which was more than imaginable.. Then we traveled almost all North India and Mr Bilal, from Invicta tour, arranged all of our train and flight tickets, and some amazing hotels in some cities, exactly how we described we want our trip to be. He also arranged us local tours in Varanasi, without which we couldn’t have seen the spirit of the city as much as we did for sure, even that guide also became our good friend:) Now Invicta tour is family for us, Mr.Bilal was there for our any kind of problems. We recommend everyone with full heart!

My daughter and I were treated like royalty by Shafi and his staff during our recent 2 week visit to Kashmir. We were very impressed by the level of organization and the attention given to safety during the Great Lakes Trek.
We would unreservedly recommend Invicta Tour and Travels to anyone travelling to India.

We were with Sanjeev during our trip in Rajastan. He was our driver and he took us so well. He were adapting all the time to the different spots de we wanted to visit, modifaing our route all that times that it was necessari.
Also he has treated us like our family, he explained us part of the Indian culture and showed us some of their traditions and he took care of us during all the days (he took us to the train station and wait untill the train arrived and he guided us to our train car).
Even more than this, we are so happy to discover Indian conuntry with him. We really enjoy it, Sanjeev treated us so well like if we were our own family and also so nice we could aproximated a little bit about how indan people is living during their everyday live. He has explianed us a lot of their tradiotions and something about his people and familiy!
It was a pleasure to us to share that experiene together! We hope to see you soon and could expent more time going to the crazy cinema in Jaipur and screaming a little bit all again!

Just returned from 16 days in beautiful Rajasthan Agra Varanasi and Rishikesh. Being two women traveling on our own, we contacted Shafi from Invicta Tours after reading many good reviews about him.
All corresponding with Shafi before arriving was very kind, professional and efficient.
After consulting with him we made some changes in our plans and we are very happy that we took his advices.
Just as we landed in Delhi Shafi contacted us to make sure we arrived safely and met with our driver.
He provided us professional guides in city sites and a very kind and professional driver, Mr. Harish, who waited for us in every Airport, drove us safely around all places and shared his knowledge about places and things we met .
All worked as planned in the Itinerary Shafi built with us.
Thank you Shafi for all the good things we experienced.

They lure you in with a loss-leading day tour of delhi. That was actually phenomenal.
Then they try to trick/scam you into a 3 day trip including Jaipur and the Taj (not recommended). Shafi and Ishak are notoriously shady and overcharge you. They bring in foreigners who "work with" and give the appearance of a legitimate travel agency (who re-visits their travel agent to tell them how great their trip was)
Also, they try to hard sell you on going to Jaipur and threaten you if you take advantage of their day tour of delhi without booking further travel with them. Stay tf away. They are scammers and everyone in the area knows they overcharge you.
For Taj and Jaipur, get a train ticket directly. It's much cheaper and easier on your wallet

Safi thanks you came up trumps for us. So glad we had your support all the way through the 13 day trip. You easily surpassed our expectation to make it was memorable. I know it is not easy in India to pander to our western demands but you did it and more. And it goes without saying our driver and good friend Niraj was the golden thread that held it all together day by day. Our safety was always at the forefront of everything we did together. His expert knowledge made sure we always ate well without any issues. God bless.
