I spent a day with Delhi by Locals visiting old Delhi and doing some souvenir shipping. The guide (Gaurav) was knowledgeable and he knew the best shops. At all times, I felt completely safe.
I also visited Agra from Delhi. Over a few emails, Pradeep in Delhi by Locals organised my two day trip. I was collected at my hotel by Sandeep (the driver) and brought to Agra where I met Manoj who brought me to all the sights in Agra Fort, Baby Taj and to see the Taj Mahal at sunset. The next morning I was collected at 5am and brought to the Taj Mahal for sunrise - spectacular! later that day I visited Fethapur Sikri, my guide there was Saeed.
The guides were super knowledgeable and were able to take me off the tourist trail and explain the history and architecture to me. The driver was excellent.
Delhi by Locals make this a wonderful, memory filled trip.

Having travelled to India for the past 20 years, I was not convinced about going on yet another boring old city tour- that was until I spent the day with 2 fabulous, friendly and knowledgeable guides from Delhi By Locals!!
I can not recommend them highly enough. It’s an absolute treat to spend the morning with them....

Lovely people who know their way around Delhi. They know how to manage the crowds, focus on sharing the history and culture about the places of interest. They don't 'drag' you shopping like some guides and drivers do. The places they take one out for tea and local delicacies are great.

I visited Old Delhi years ago and believed I didn’t need a guide when I came to live in India with my family. Pradeep and the amazing team at Delhi by Locals proved me wrong! They took me to parts of Old Delhi I didn’t even know existed and even made the tour exciting for my 3 year-old son. Their knowledge of the history, people, and culture was above and beyond what you’ll get from a travel book or website. It’s also worth noting the remarkable work they do in local communities, empowering young people to through education and economic opportunities. I now rely on Delhi by Locals for so many tours for my family, friends, and special guests. And now I’m recommending them for you too! 😁

Pradeep and his team of local guides and drivers made our first trip to Delhi a memorable one. He is professional, polite, and extremely attentive to a traveler's every need. He arranged multi-day private tours to Agra and Jaipur, using local guides who made those trips informative, safe, and fun. In Delhi he customized day trips and steered us toward places and activities that we would never have found on our own. A highlight was sharing our time and experiences with students who are benefiting from educational opportunities provided by the non-governmental organization Learning by Locals. Do not hesitate to contact Delhi by Locals and let them lead you through Delhi and India.

I just got back from a trip to India with my fiancé and our tour with Delhi by Locals stands out as the highlight of our trip. It was my first time in India so having someone who knows the city and culture so well was invaluable. Pradeep was so knowledgeable and made us feel safe while still allowing us to immerse ourselves in the culture. As we walked through Old Delhi Pradeep was greeted warmly and introduced us to many of the locals. Pradeep is not only a great tour guide, but also an amazing person. Would unhesitatingly recommend this company to anyone visiting India.

Delhi by Locals helped our family do a 17 day tour, visiting Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore, Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, and Varanasi. It was an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime experience. We worked with Pradeep in advance to plan our route so that we could see both the incredible tourist so sights and get a sense for the the more local side of India. He organized a car and driver who was with us for the whole trip (except for Varanasi as we flew there from Jaisalmer) and then set us up with local guides in each town. Each guide was excellent and we were able to see India through their expert eyes.
If we hadn’t worked with Delhi by Locals, our time in India would have been much less rich.
If you’re considering a tour with them, whether it’s for a day in Delhi or for something bigger, I strongly recommend reaching out to them.

We visited sites in Jaipur with guide Ms Soni and in Agra with guide Mukesh. Both were excellent, with Mukesh perhaps excellent plus. We had a private tour with a car and dedicated driver, Azad, who managed to dodge cows, motorcycles, carts drawn by horses, donkeys, camels, buses, trucks, and other cars. Everything was clean and efficient. Guides spoke excellent English. Hotels chosen were very nice--a pool and restaurant in Jaipur, and large comfortable room, restaurant on site and breakfast included, which is helpful when one does not speak the language or know the area. In Agra, a home stay with large comfortable room, small garden, home cooking and the opportunity to share meals with other foreign guests. Also quite near the Taj Mahal. I highly Pradeep and his company, Delhi by Locals.

I had toured Delhi, through Delhi by Locals Team for 2.5 days in November 2021. I cannot summarize my entire joyful experience in few words.
When i contacted Mr Pradeep, he was quick to answer my queries and made me feel at ease from the outset. My tour experience was tailored made to my personal need. This was my first Solo Trip.
I visited various tourist destinations as well as few other places of my personal interest. I had scrumptious food experience at various outlets with them.
I want to thank Mr. Pradeep and his team (Salman, Vijay, Jitu) for wonderful experience in Delhi. It will be ever lingering in my thoughts.
I hope to tour Delhi again, along with them.
I will recommend every one to contact, Delhi by Locals Team, for your personal and tailor made tours in Delhi , Agra and other places.

What an incredible trip to Agra and Jaipur. Pradeep organised incredible guides in Agra and Jaipur, wonderful home stays and our one driver. I’ve used Delhi by Locals on four occasions to guide my loved ones through Delhi and beyond and I strongly recommend them for any trip in Delhi or beyond. Can’t wait to book my next trip with Pradeep and Delhi by Locals.

Private afternoon tour?
I am looking to arrange a half day tour in Delhi, on the 29th March for 2 people. We would like the tour to be an afternoon tour. We would like to visit the Humayun's Tomb and the Qutub Minar, with a photo stop at Rajpath, India Gate and Rashtrapati Bhaven. We would like to be collected from the Hotel Florence and then dropped back to the Hotel Florence after the tour has been finished. Is this something you could organise?
