My brother and I had a 17 day birdwatching and sightseeing tour around northwest India and Kashmir with an Itinerary set by myself and covering many ancient sites . We set our choice on India driver tours and we never regretted . Mr Amit was very cooperative and flexible accommodating all our tour requirements and frequently contacted us during the tour to check upon how things are going . The driver Mr Vijay Kumar was excellent and drove us all around very safely and without any hassles and we never experienced any unwanted issues during this tour . The price for the very comfortable SUV was also very reasonable and wouldn’t get better than that . All in all , the trip was of great experience .

Our tour to Jibhi, Himachal Pradesh, was for 6D/5N, and our group comprised my husband, human and dog kids (5 and 7 yo, respectively) and aged parents. Both my mother and Rhythm (dog kid) have mobility issues. So, you can see, our group was not the perfect traveller and had diverse requirements. We contacted Amit Ji for transportation services only. He provided us with Innova Crysta, which looked as good as new and was clean. It stayed with us for 6 days there in Jibhi. Avatar Ji (the one who drove us to Jibhi and back) was exceptionally compassionate and considerate of our requirements and had no irritation from multiple stops. He is also an expert driver and made our long journey of approx. 14 hours is a comfortable one. Also, he was always ready in Jibhi whenever we asked him to take us to nearby places. A most striking feature was that Amit Ji and Avatar Ji did not object to Rhythm’s travelling nor charged us an additional fee. We highly recommend Amit Ji’s India Driver Tours and Avatar Ji as your go-to driver for all your travelling needs, near and far.

We just returned from a two-week holiday in India, visiting Delhi, Varanasi, Jaipur, Agra, and Ranthambore, and I can’t recommend this private guide service highly enough. Every part of the trip was seamless and exceeded our expectations.
A huge part of our incredible experience was thanks to Vijay, our driver. He was absolutely perfect—professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. Driving in India can be daunting, but Vijay made us feel safe and relaxed the entire time. His car was new, immaculately clean, and always stocked with water and other comforts. Vijay’s warm personality and attentiveness to our needs added so much value to our trip. He went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable, happy, and able to enjoy every moment.
The booking process was equally impressive. Amit made it incredibly easy to customize our itinerary to match both our interests and budget. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible, allowing us to create a personalized journey that perfectly balanced sightseeing, cultural experiences, and relaxation.
This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime trip, and I can’t thank Amit and Vijay enough for making it so special. If you’re considering a private guide service in India, look no further—you won’t be disappointed!

Our 5 day private car and driver hire was 100% perfect. Umesh was a true professional driver. He was calm and courteous in horrendous traffic and we felt safe in the centre of Delhi as well as on the highways. Car was modern, clean and comfortable. Communication from the company owner Amit was brilliant from start to finish. Itinerary was flexible. Guides provided for a few hours in each city were knowledgable but, typical of many guides, they were keen to take us to places where something was in it for them - not a big deal but just something to be aware of. Highly recommend this company.

With lots of anxiety we started our month long ist india trip and with Amits help it turned out amazing so thanks once again. Due to unforeseen circumstances we ended up with 3 drivers in 3 days but all very easily organised by Amit without any interruption to our plan . Ended up with a brand new car which was great considering we were travelling around so much and the best part was having Asif as our driver who was amazing on the road . Very safe n honest with all information good n bad n better than most guides. Nothing was too much for him n with a great sense of humour our trip didn't feel as long as it actually was . Our guide in delhi n agra were amazing but unfortunately the once in varanasi, Jaipur n jodhpur were more interested in taking us to the shops in the alleys then doing an actual tour n they cheated us without realising we could understand them perfectly but ofcourse its no fault of Amit or the tour company. Unfortunately those who don't understand the language have got no chance of escaping from being cheated by some of them so my advice would be to trust your drivers. We r looking forward for many more trips n hopefully can meet Asif again. Until then thanks Amit n Asif once again for a hassle free trip 🙏🙏

The services provided by Amit at India Driver Tours are exceptional beyond compare.
As an art historian, I was interested in visiting very specific historic sites and locations in Agra and Jaipur on my first trip to India. While listening carefully to his suggestions and comments on logistics, Amit and I consulted and designed a customized itinerary that responded to my requests.
His attention to detail and care is faultless, every day through the entire trip he contacted me to ensure I was satisfied and all was well. Our driver Ravi was amazing: polite, courteous, attentive, thoughtful, always on time, vehicle immaculate, always ready with chilled water. With his in-depth knowledge of Rajasthan, Ravi occasionally suggested quick “on the way” stops that were not on my radar and certainly enriched the experience. By the end of the trip with Ravi we felt we were leaving an old friend. Our guides at Agra, Rahul and Ali, were absolutely incredible, not robotic, deep knowledge of the sites, excellent language skills, thoughtful about our slower pace to appreciate the sites, beautiful kind souls.
We are planning our next trip already and this is the ONLY tour company I would use.

This was our second week-long trip in India where we booked car, driver and guide with India Driver Tours. The trip was every bit as successful as our trip last year.
We worked through email and txt with Amit to plan and schedule everything. He is extremely prompt, responsive, thoughtful and insightful. His commitment to the success of our trip is exceptional. During the trip we stayed in touch with him to fine tune our experience and he always responded immediately and thoughtfully.
His drivers and guides are exceptional. We've actually become close friends with one driver and have maintained correspondence for over a year. The vehicle was clean and comfortable.
On several occasions, Amit made the effort to contact us by phone just to "check in" and see how we were doing.
This was the second trip through Amit for my wife and myself and we are already making plans for our third trip through him next year. It was my 39th trip to India and I have taken many car/driver tours before. They have all generally been very good. But the trip with Amit has been by far the best.

I’ve been traveling to India for five years, and each time, I’ve been lucky to have the support of this wonderful agency. Their professionalism, punctuality, availability, and adaptability to changes are always impressive, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
This trip, which took us through 4 cities, from Rajasthan to the Himalayas, was unforgettable. Mr. Anand, our driver this year, was not only an excellent driver, ensuring our safety at all times, but also a person of great kindness and discretion, always attentive to our needs.
In Jaipur, we were provided with a local guide who was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

16 day auto tour rajasthan with driver and local guides beginning with Udaipur, jodhpur, Jaipur, Jaiselmer, Agra, Pushkar, fatehpur sikri, Ayodhya and ending in Varanasi. Very helpful and knowledgeable driver delivering service beyond expected hrs at time.
Local guides at most places good however, did not get chance to know in depth history of local culture and traditions at Jaipur, jodhpur. Guide service could be improved.
Ayodhya and Varanasi were extremely crowded a warning would have avoided unpleasant surprises at these two places.
On the whole, Amit and the driver Ravi were very helpful in selecting routes, timings, hotel selection and taking care of us during long drives.
We are happy with the tour and would recommend to anyone.

Has anyone done the 21 day Wildlife and Cultural Tour with India Driver Tours? Is 21 days too long so be in a chauffeur driver vehicle with the one driver?
