Fata Morgana Tours is very professional and responded promptly. I found the agency through Trip Advisor and sent a message to Marilda, who quickly gave me the budget and customized the trip the way I wanted, including a visit to the Akshardam temple, which is wonderful and very popular with Indians themselves. All the points visited were incredible, with very good guides, helpful drivers and cars in excellent condition and very comfortable. The hotels booked through the agency were also great, especially the Crystal Sarovar in Agra, which made you not want to leave your room.
As a guide, I highlight the work of Mr. Sanjeev Singh, who guided us from Delhi to Agra and then to Jaipur. He was able to answer all our questions, with great patience and took us to great restaurants and stores for shopping. Furthermore, he speaks perfect English and has impeccable Italian, which made our communication much easier. I could tell that he is very respected everywhere we went. Driver Budhi was also very helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately, I didn't meet Marilda in person, but she is incredibly dedicated. He was available via WhatsApp throughout the trip, always checking to make sure everything was ok. She called me on the first and last day of the trip and we spent more than 40 minutes talking! I learned a lot from her about Indian culture and I hope to be able to meet her in person on my next trip to India. I highly recommend Fata Morgana Tours.

A unique experience, we had a fantastic trip thanks to Sanjeev's professionalism. Thanks to him we spent 11 days visiting many different places, his organization is perfect and calculated down to the smallest details so that the trip is full but not stressful. We discovered India through him, he conveyed to us all the passion he puts into his work. We are already nostalgic!!! I absolutely recommend experiencing this journey with Sanjeev.

On the advice of Sanjeew Sing, the Italian speaking guide of the agency Fata Morgana, we embarked on this journey to central India from Varanasi to Mumbai via Bhopal and Indore , a tour a little less known touristically and we must say that we came back enthusiastic. Sanjeev accompanied us throughout the journey, which lasted 12 days, and as well as being able to see his deep knowledge explaining the sites not only from a historical point of view but also from a human point of view, he catapulted us into a world of myth, history and traditions that will enchant us. Terrible experience. Never in my entire life have I felt so disrespected as a customer. We pointed out several inconvenient situations to the agency owner who did absolutely nothing about them. We completed the tour with a guide and driver for 5 days (Dheli, Agra and Jaipur) and one day we chose not to take a trip to a gemstone store (where they earn sales commission) and replace it with a visit to a temple (all We were told that the schedule was 100% flexible) on the morning of the tour the guide simply didn't show up. We complained and she said she spoke to the guide and he said that we didn't want to go to make things worse, the guide came to confront us about what happened via WhatsApp, putting us in an extremely unpleasant situation, the owner in turn refused to return the money. regarding this morning's walk that we missed. The driver provided to us drove extremely poorly, we lost hours of our stay on the road because he was getting lost all the time (among other inconveniences that I am ashamed to mention here) in the end, when we were kind enough to give him a tip, we were still confronted by He said that the amount was insufficient and that he wanted more, we ended up giving it to avoid conflict. We planned our trip to India relying completely on Sanjeev. He gave us a dream! We didn't think about anything, everything was organized by them, from flights, to hotels, travel, everything down to the smallest detail. It was a fantastic experience thanks to Sanjeevy's professionalism, love and attention. From the first minute to the last he accompanied us on this wonderful journey. I felt like I was in a new world with my guide Sanjeev and it was truly magical. The smells, flavors and mix of cultures that left me speechless. I loved everything Sanjeev introduced me to…. I couldn't have made a better choice than our guide, Sanjeev makes you experience India through his eyes! No commercial stuff or tourist traps, I've been to real India and I fell in love with it.... We will be back soon and we will definitely rely on him…..super recommended
