Budva is one of several walled cities around the Dalmatian coastline - Dubrovnik is of course the best known and preserved, followed by Kotor and then Budva. Unlike the other 2 cities it is not possible to walk around the walls admiring the views -...More

Budva definitely worth a visit. Explore the old town and head for the water for a scenic walk along the beach and rocks. A great setting for lunch or coffee. Recommended.

It is nice to walk around the wall especially in the evening. You should walk here through the road next to the sea.

This has a cool atmosphere. The wall is a lot of fun to walk around and walk on. Again, there are tons of people and tourists. Same as city center, but right on the water and it’s perfect for sunsets. Please take the time to...More

All old city is very different and authentic. Clean. Small bars and restaurants with music. The north exit lead to the sea. Nice view.

Remove those awful lights around the walls! The inside is lovely. But the lights ruin the walls. You can walk through the walls to the old town but cannot actually walk the walls.

Budva City Walls are an integral part of the Old Town and if you walk around it you will enjoy them, there is no need to spend time specifically focusing on them.

It is quite hot in Budva in August. Some 30 degrees or even more. But don't worry the rate of moisture is not such high.
