Different areas with different styles and plants were some are flowering already. The rose garden was nice but the wrong time of the year 😘. Good for... More

For me, it is always interesting to visit the Botanical Garden of the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University (to be mentioned that I work at this university). Goals may be different, see nature in various stages during the year, visit greenhouses with many exotic or usual species of plants, or just take some time to relax at the end of or... More

Unfortunately, when I visited the flowers weren't quite blooming yet and the garden was undergoing certain renovations (pavements, amphitheatre being built etc.). Giving it an excellent review because it will look awesome in the summer.

The botanical garden is well maintained, and extraordinarily large. There were two different locals (a taxi driver and a museum tour guide) that recommended the place as the first and most important place to visit in Iasi. It is the largest botanical garden in Romania, boasting a lake and a complex of greenhouses. We visited during rain, and still decided... More

I've been here several times during late spring, summer and autumn and I admit it, the Botanic Garden is very impressive. It seemed like a maze because I could discover with my fiancé the hidden paths amd benches, secret alleys and exhibitions of plants. Almost all of the plants are labelled and you may find different attractive information about animals... More
