Excellent and exciting journey to the Desert Camp. Enough time spent on camel and relaxing time faraway from everything. In real Touareg sleeping tents we experiment a real Night in Desert. I didn't find it very cold but I was there in August. Above us...More

I went with a tour group on camels to an overnight campsite. Yes, it was completely touristy, but I loved it. I have been to the desert in Death Valley, California and it reminded me of there but it's bigger and the colors were more...More
We had a blast in Erg Chebbi. The dunes were of a reddish color and the sand so smooth under our feet. It was fun going up and down the dunes even though some were quite steep, a fun exercise for the whole family. Can't...More
The erg chebbi sand dunes were incredible. We had a blast just running up and down the dunes, and getting sand everywhere! What a sight. We can't wait to go back!
It was amazing to explore the desert from the dunes, to the black sand. There are nomad camps, abandoned military camps. The views are mazing. It is a must see if you are in morocco. But don't make your way to algeria! 50 km away.
Sunset over the Sahara, dinner in a dining tent, a night under the stars, awakened to the sunrise. Peaceful, surreal, transcendent. The highlight of our trip!
Big Dunes....come on man, epic....and we got rained on!!!!! Made for great hiking on hardpack sands.
The night I spent under the full moon, in the Merzouga Desert, is one of the most energetically powerful nights of my life. The desert is more beautiful than I could have imagined. Such an incredible place to spend a bit of time!
Visiting the erg at Merzouga was a highlight of our trip to Morocco. We toured down from Marrakech and the travelling was worth it, watching the sunset over the dunes was spectacular, as was the camel ride. An absolute must.
