About 4 hours from Fes, but if you have the time it's well worth the visit. It's doable in one day, but so much easier and more relaxed staying at least one night.
A must experience for any traveler looking for a cultural place. The old city is "Chefchaouen". Restaurants, shops, views, hospitality, this city has everything.
