This island is paradise. Bright blue ocean, white sandy beach with trees lining the front. If this doesn't sound perfect enough then there are also turtles! We spent the morning walking around the island and the afternoon snorkelling in the ocean. There were so many...More

Seeing these endangered animals on the beach laying their eggs, seeing the eggs buried and then the hatch-ling being released was just so special. The conservation work being done here is great and should be supported so g and visit!

about the only place you would swim in Sabah... You go out int he morning, lunch, swim, turtles, sleep, breakfast & head back to Sandakan. Is about 45mins by boat, hope for flat water especially if you aren't comfy on boats

service at restaurant poor, accommodation very rustic and mediocre. Armed police accompanied you to the turtle nesting beach, was abit discerning but comforting.

Not only do you get to experience seeing a mother turtle lay her eggs, and release some baby turtles into the wild, you get to do it all on a beautiful secluded island. An experience I will never forget!!
