Even though the place not so big but fully loaded with history infos. My kids are so impress with the tank, the plane and even have the trail to walk up on the tree. It's so interesting. We even fed the fish in the pond. Lucky for us that we can watch the marching rehearsal. And there is no entrance... More

I think this should be an informative and interesting trip. Too bad that I visited this place with 2 old folks, a 7yo and a 2yo whom have less interest. So I can only had a quick visit. This should be a nice place for kids who like helicopter, plane, jeep... Maybe can pay another visit when kids grown.

Recommended if you are in PD. Free entry and it shows various eras in Malayaia's history. The kids also liked it. We were there around noon time & the weather was very hot. Better to go late afternoon.

Aside from dozens of vehicles, planes, etc. the museum has gone through lengths to show Malay history in military terms and the Malacca exhibit is especially well crafted. We have been in Malacca several times and this museum shows it condensed into a nutshell. Of further note is the brief outlines of rebellions and uprisings during British times and of... More

Spent a great 45 mins in the museum alone reliving moments from my high school history classes. Definitely worth a visit for history geeks to learn a thing or two. Might not be suitable for kids or people who have no interest in history but can still grab a picture or two with some of the monuments & weapons on... More

The museum has a vast collection of military-related exhibition items. The place to go to know Malaysia's history especially related to World War 2 and Communist insurgence. The items are well displayed either indoor and outdoor. Indoor area are air conditioned. Kids love to play around with the outdoor items. One unique attraction is an underground tunnel replicating Communist under-ground... More
