Beautifully preserved Roman architecture, fantastic coastline and a generous people, it is a great pity that Libya is not a viable tourist destination at this present time.

we have visited Ptolemais in the different way we found the tourist agency more care about to solve many problems about transport and the hotels in the Ptolemais area to welcome more and more tourists and help them to be more comfortable when the tourists...More

By visiting Ptolemais you can find the old history of Roman and you will welcoming by the kindly nice people those are going to help you to take a tour in this the most important history place to have to visit

A highly recommended place. I would love to visit it again and again. Benghazi and Libya is a Virgin place. People are generous and so friendly.

in comparison to Cyrene it is much simpler and smaller place but it has its own ruins (outside and inside the sea), nice beach, not very TOURISTIC-SETUP place, but if you are visiting cyrene it worth visiting.
