The largest pagoda in Vietnam, and well worth a visit. Wonderful architecture, statues, lots of steps, awesome views. The grounds are large and we only saw a fraction of it, but what we did see was beautiful and amazing. Well worth a visit.

From parking lot, electric cars with cheap prices will take you to the destination. From bottom to top You can see a huge number of Monks statues on the way.. It is pretty interesting after reaching top... Nice windy weather. You will get a nice areal landscape view... One of the must visit place.

I used only one day so I didn't have much time. But it still a worth to see in Ninh Binh. Many huge pagodas and restaurants available.

Really nice pagoda - worth visiting. You should reserve at least 3 or 4 hours for the tour (we had only 2 and we did not have time to visit all pagodas). Going up to the tower is not included in the entrance ticket and costs extra 50.000 VND but it is worth it. The view is very nice.

Great views and very peaceful. Worth the time and effort. Best to get a guide that have good English skills, most of the locals do not speak any English.

If you want to see pagodas Vietnam has enough old ones with history and character - why try a new structure which is more hype? But the location and views are good so if you have spare time maybe.

This a very large temple complex. You need at least 2 hours to walk around. The pagoda is huge the surrounding temples and buildings are impressive and scenic.Too bad they charge for somethings, not in the Buddhist temple tradition, where all entrance fees are free. But well worth the visit if you have the time.

We saw many temples and pagodas prior to our visit to Bai Dinah and thought it might be redundant. Not so! Though it is new, it is very interesting because it is largely a local scene. The temple complex is visited by Vietnamese families--we saw absolutely no foreign tourists. Plan on two hours to visit all the levels of temples.... More

Make no mistake, you will see a lot of people here! However, if you come in good humour, that can actually be part of the entertainment, as any non-asian person will be the subject of much attention and picture taking. My very tall, bearded husband had trouble getting out of the stupa (the very tall tower) because people kept asking... More
