Located close to the Railway station 3 min walk but you also have a parking place very close to this place, and from this parking place you also can visit Phra Prang Sam Yot walking distance from this place.

Khmer ruins right across from the railway station in this interesting little town north of Bangkok en route to Chiang Mai. The Khmer influence here is evident from the proximity to Cambodia next door and this place was one of the old capitals of Siam.

Nice and slightly older than the other temple options. Worth having a local for a bit of history (12-13th C). Pretty well restored and inexpensive to visit.

This ancient temple is well restored. I fell proud of being Thai with this heritage. You have to pay the visiting fees ,I can't remember if it cost 50 or 100 bht each but it worths your penny.

This temple is very big and a must visit place of the town. Opposite to the train station. However, the information on the sign is faded and have to get info from the brochure or other sources.

After coming from the monkey temple up the road we thought this would be a similar size. We spent at least thirty minutes walking around taking pictures of the ruins and headless buddha statues. Not much shade in the 40c sweltering heat but still nice,...More
