It was cool to see the caves. But it was all seen from a distance. You get bored easily by just looking at the caves from a distance. We had a tour that explained why they were called Viking caves and what they had been...More

We saw the caves, but it was dissapointing that it was from a distance. It seemed more like a hole in the rocks than a cave. No one is allowed to go in

We took the excursion to Phi Phi Island and passed The Viking cave. It was only from a distance, so not very much to see. Still can't believe this trip is the number 1 for tourists.

Can't really do much here these days due to safety regulations but perhaps that's for the better. A pretty decent sight in any case.

It was under some type of construction when we visited. You can only look at it from your boat. Nothing else

It’s a shame nobody is allowed in there anymore but that’s due to safety reasons as it was badly affected by the Tsunami. Not much can be seen from outside as well.

Nice cave, worth a short visit to take a picture, but you can‘t enter and explore it. You can go snorkeling in front of it though.

Nothing to see. You'll be on a boat at the mouth of the cave. Can't go in can't even see much. Not worth a visit at all.

The cave looks nice, but you cannot go inside. They say that natives collect the birds' nests in this cave, and they make very expensive soup with them, because this is an aphrodisiac.
