We arrived here on a day trip from Koh Phi Phi for an hour and a half stop. It turned out to be the best beach around.
We enjoyed the sand, the blue water, snorkeling, and walking around.

Very good for snorkeling. Water is clear and you see lots of fish. Be aware you need to pay a conservation fee of 400THB to be able to swim or snorkel as it is considered a national park. it’s part of a 4-island tour you...More
This was our first stop and we stayed here for an hour.
We had taken really nice photos in this island. There were not too many tourists so we had the opportunity to get the awesome views.

The sandy beach peninsula surrounded by clear turquoise waters, as well as a bay beach with plenty of tree shade, both were stunning. Light fine sand, amazing water, plenty of tree shade, and a decent toilet facility.

Bamboo island tends to be part of a package. There are no amenities there, hence the reason why it’s usually part of a tour. Snorkelling is good but there is a lot of broken coral- expect to pay up to £100 per person with lunch going by speedboat from Krabi or Phuket.
