You have to go. It’s a must. The water is clear and it is so nice and calm. The sand is beautiful. You can do snorkeling.

If you can, try to get here to go snorkeling. The water is a lot calmer then other places and there were some very beautiful fish and coral.

Nice white sand and clear water, good place for a cool swim when the temperature is hot. Can be very crowded at times with boats and day trippers.

The island is beautiful but the weather played a spoilsport and so we had to head back early as the sea was turning rough. So we could not spot much of corals or fish around this place as the water got opaque. But the island...More

We visited Bamboo Island as part of a speedboat tour from Phuket. The beach was beautiful - white fine sand and crystal clear waters. There was a path from the beach further inland which brings you to a bay. We saw a giant centipede on...More

Bamboo island tends to be part of a package. There are no amenities there, hence the reason why it’s usually part of a tour. Snorkelling is good but there is a lot of broken coral- expect to pay up to £100 per person with... More
